Thanks for covering half my car w/ whatever you use to kill wasp nests. Great way to start my day - going to the car wash and being late for work to remove what I would equate to Portland cement dust off half my vehicle. All your staff had to do was ring my door bell and I would have gladly moved my vehicle to give them room to work. In addition your door card said the crew would be back in one week to remove the nest, We are now going on day 12 and the nest is still there. Service: Bug & insect extermination

We’ve been using them since we moved to westchester and they’ve been great. Prompt service, knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain treatments and their services. They got rid of a nasty hornets nest for us last summer. Highly recommend them.

This company really went downhill since we started using them. Last time I noticed that the technician came to spray outside in the rain so everything got washed away. Then I called to schedule them to spray inside and outside for stink bugs that were already everywhere. Despite receiving an email confirmation for the spraying, the technician who arrived said he was there for mice not stink bugs (which we did not have an issue with) and left. I called the company and after being on and off hold for 45 minutes they said they didn’t have anyone available for the outside and couldn’t confirm a time for inside. They said that someone can come within the next two weeks to spray outdoors which is infuriating because I took a day off work for this. Very impersonal service and they are not the low cost option, so I would expect better. Looking for a different provider. Service: Bug & insect extermination

I have a yearly contract and it gives me and my family peace of mind that we are maximally protected from any pest issues. Today, an awesome technician named Joey D. came within the promised arrival time window and did a thorough job spraying inside and outside, replacing some sticky boxes, smoking out some nests (holes in my lawn) and inspecting above my basement drop ceiling for any activity. He was courteous and professional. Definitely recommend their service. Service: General pest inspection

This company went downhill over the years. They took a contract for our building but never fulfill their duties. Buyer beware! If I wanted them to just have negative reviews, I would of had every tenant write a review. I’m not going to do that. I want the owner to know that their service suck. What went wrong? People don’t want to work anymore or you trying to save money by cheating others? Services: Rodent extermination, Cockroach extermination

We recently bought this house. Started hearing noises in the attic so we called them out …bats, squirrels and mice. Charged us a ridiculous amount for the squirrels and took them 3 times to come to fix the problem. May came around and they removed all the traps but the one way door. Now we’re in August and I’m hearing noise in the attic again. when I called to get them out here again, which took forever …I was told the job was done and it would require another 5k for them to fix the problem again. Meanwhile I was also told mice don’t come in the house in the summer. We were doing work in the basement and found 4… not happy at all. DONT USE!!! We have been working with Amtech for years they have been responsive they understand our property. Since being acquired by this company the service has become a total disaster. Stay away. Avoid. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Update! Someone called us about wanting to make things right. We talked for over 30 minutes and it seemed like they were genuine so we took a shot. We have been waiting weeks for them to come back. Someone finally showed up today and they didn’t have anything on the truck that they were supposed to in order to service the property and they claim that someone else who are supposed to be here actually has the product for our pest management and they are at a different house. So the wait continues. I see that the owner of the company reached out and asked us to send them a message so that they could also be in touch with us … however there’s no way to send them a message on Google reviews. But to that person: I am here and I’m your customer. I’m happy for you to look in your actual customer database and find me and reach out to me anytime you’d like. JP McHale had handled the termite protection for the previous owners of the house, and I met the rep during the closing and got his information. Now that it has been about a year since I moved in, I called and emailed him to talk about some additional services. It took him a few days, but he called to say that someone else from the company would be in touch to schedule an appointment. Now it's 10 days later, and after 3 follow-up emails and texts that have been completely ignored, still nothing. It's clear that they do not care about my business, so I no longer want to do business with them. Terrible customer service!!!

We have been a customer for almost 2 years. This year they went downhill. No on answers their phone, no one responds to emails, no one returns voicemails. All we get are cancellations and no shows from the exterminators. We spend easily over $1000 on mosquitos, ticks, and are part of their exterminator program for spiders, crickets etc. Definitely switching companies when my contract is up. I also told me parents to use them so now I’m embarrassed they are wasting their money. They also don’t apologize when they finally reach out to you. They justify why they aren’t good and that bothers me. They also don’t clean up their traps or do a thorough job. We had to call one person back because he only sprayed half the yard. We watched it on camera. Not thorough and unreliable. Service: Spider extermination

They are my annual pest control prevention provider, sealed my home to prevent rodent access, inspected my house for bed bugs, and installed insulation in my basement. The entire team--especially Peter, Amy, Carolyn--are amazing! They are knowledgable, patient when answering questions, and empower me to make my own decisions. I really respect them and the company and trust they will do good work at a fair price. Thanks for taking care of our home! (In our experience, this company is LGBTQIA+ friendly.)
