I have come to this location on a few different occasion hoping it would be different the next time, but every time I’ve gone the customer service is terrible, the last time I went there was a woman returning something and it took over 10 minutes of me standing there waiting to be checked out when there were several other employees that could have opened up the other register but they just kept looking at me and walking by, no one said anything like “we’ll be right with you” or anything so I just put my stuff down and left, I was going to buy several items so I will definitely not be returning to this location

Had a lot of cute stuff but the employees were no help. Left it to the cashier to do everything. Line wrapping around the store and only 1 cashier. When I asked for help with something on the salesfloor they told me to ask the cashier to get it (while she still had a line).

Very very disappointed in this store. I come to this store every year for Black Friday shopping and they have never closed at 10pm on Thanksgiving like the associate says. Online it says they are open til 1am and the sign in the window of the store says 12am. They locked the door as we were walking up at 10:53pm and when we called to get a corporate number they hung up on us.

If I could give a negative star I would ! The cashier was terrible! She began to bite her nails and clean under her nails . I had to actually wait til she was done cleaning under her nails just to get a receipt.! She was very unprofessional and wanted to have a full debate with me on a 9.99refund . I will not be returning to this Rue21!

Great service and merchandise. I came in for a couple of pants, but walked out with a few bags. Great prices. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I wish I had one of their stores close to my house.
