This is the only competently run branch I've encountered. They solved the problems caused by the incompetence at other branches. The only drawback is that all KB's now have 9am lobby hours which doesn't work for anyone with a job.

Very disappointed with corporate and their online promo for the 200$ sign on bonus😓.. I continuously every week direct deposited 482$ and because it wasn't exactly a one time 500$ deposit they did not give me the sign on bonus after 60 days. I have had this account now since February 2021 only just inquired about it because did not see them deposit the 200$ and all because of an 18$ dollar shortage of a one time deposit they want to reneg on their part... Anything to get you in the doors 🤔

The people there are all very nice and helpful.They do not act impolite when people who come in with other forms of id and a check that needs to be cashed. They also will not try to push you into getting a bank account.
