I showed up at 6:20pm and was essentially told to leave. "Just so you know, that do is gonna be locked." I asked what time do you close and she said "as soon as I lock that door"... I made a 35minute trip there for no reason because she wanted to leave early. I saw her get into her car shortly after then made my 35minute trip back empty-handed. I'll never make the mistake of going there again.

Anytime I bring my care in I have a positive experience. They never try and oversell me, they do the work quickly and efficiently. Prices are just fine. As far as a place for an oil change or some basic tires I can't imagine going to a mechanic where scheduling is a pain and so is waiting.

Appointment required!! Took a couple of days to get the appointment due to Covid but with the wait. Great tire prices and friendly Catskill service!!

Buy tires here and take them somewhere else to be mounted/balanced and put on your vehicle. Purchased 4 tires mounted and installed on my car, after returning home I checked all the lugs and found 3 cross threaded lug nuts all on the same wheel. The studs were ruined as well. Had to spend another $20 for new studs and lugs and installed them in the rain because I was taking a trip in the morning. Common sense is to start the nuts by hand before jumping to an impact. You get what you pay for at Wal-Mart

I was at this store well before their posted opening time. At opening time I was told that it takes a half hour or so for the employees (who just arrived) to get everything ready for customers. After waiting that time I was not happy to be told that this "Auto Care Center" really only takes care brakes and tires. I assumed "Auto Care" meant that they could deal with my overheating issue. There was not a spec of empathy from the staff about my wait time (now an hour) or their inability to help, in fact I thought the desk person was rather rude!

Was an employee there .. Got terminated for wanting to go on lunch. It was an hour past my scheduled lunch. But was told i couldnt because the service manager didnt want to godo his job and work in the shop while i took my state required lunch break. So they fired me. Kale the service manager is a joke who doesnt follow policy at all. A lot of what they do there is against state law but the forced us to do it anyways. They made us break policy or we lost our jobs just so they look good.

The manager, a gruffy, unprofessional guy, white shirt older man was degrading his help, and told his customers to go F themselves. Walmart needs to get rid of this guy. Plus he took money out of the register, and stuffed ut in his pockets. Walmart will hire anyone.

I have used Walmart Auto Center for oil changes and tire purchases for many years and have saved considerably on Mobil 1 oil changes. Always very excellent service and value. Don't understand negative reviews. They even vacuum the car, what more could you want. Thanks.

I went to get an oil change just days before a 14 hour road trip WITH MY CHILDREN in the car and after seeing the oil sensor say there is less and less oil life percentage, I decided to look. Sure enough, what little oil there was was sludgy and in need of a change. If I thought it would go anywhere, I would sue for putting myself, my children and my cars life in jeopardy because you decided to be lazy and charge me for a service you didn't perform. Will take my business to real professionals next time.
