Steph and Joe are awesome coaches, teachers and motivators. Crossfit Destroyer just isn't any Crossfit Box (gym) to train, this is a place to accomplish fitness goals and feel better about yourself. I've gained both fitness and friends while at Crossfit Destroyer. The Box (gym) is clean and equipment is new. Highly Recommended!

I just started CrossFit with Joe and Steph in October. They are great coaches!!! They are very knowledgeable make CrossFit for the beginner very comfortable and enjoyable . I started at going once a week and now I am going three times a week. My husband was so impressed with my results that he has recently joined. Love It... Thank You Joe and Steph!!!

I started doing crossfit here a little over a year ago. Since then I have become more involved in fitness and I am loving it. Joe and Steph are the best coaches I could have ended up with. They are extremely motivational and stress correct posture and movements. Working out is challenging, rewarding, and fun because of the coaches, athletes, and environment that this gym provides.

Crossfit Destroyer has made me realize I can do so much more than just cardio to get in shape and be active. My husband and I joined a little over 3 years ago cause I was bored with my regular gym membership. I need everyday to be different and challenging, well that’s what you get with Joe and Steph! I love pushing myself and trying things I never thought I could do. Crossfit Destroyer is more than a place to workout, we have such great members and coaches I’m happy to call them my friends. We push and encourage each other daily. I know when I walk out the door after my workout, I’m going to be in a good mood and feel like I accomplished something.

I highly recommend Crossfit Destroyer. Joe & Stephanie teach proper form and technique. The workouts are challenging, but fun! The people who attend are all very friendly and welcoming. I have accomplished many fitness goals, because of CF Destroyer. I always feel at home there. Five stars for sure!

My girlfriend and I have been going here for almost 4 years. I was very skeptical but we gave it a try and got hooked. I've never been one to stick to gym memberships but this is different. Joe and Steph are great people and excellent coaches. They know their people and try to do what is best for your individual needs. Steph even helps with nutrition planning! Personally, I've lost 40 pounds with their help. We have all different types of people who come here, so don't think you won't fit in. Coming here and giving it a try was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I decided to make the move to CFD from another CrossFit box in the Syracuse area - what a difference! This place has a super friendly atmosphere to all people, not just elite level athletes. The other members are all friendly and personable as well. Joe and Steph (the coaches) are great people that work with you to help you meet and exceed your goals. I highly recommend coming here for your workout needs!

I own my own Strength & Conditioning studio in Muskego WI and I have no problem staking my reputation on Joe, Steph, and Crossfit Destroyer. I grew up in Syracuse and they where great friends and mentors of mine. They have amazing knowledge & skill in Strength, Conditioning, & Martial Arts but on a far more important note they have amazing skill in coaching and leading. Trust them with your health & fitness and you won't be sorry! They can coach you, lead you and help you destroy your fitness goals, like I said I stake my reputation as a S&C Coach on it!

My wife and I have been members for the last few years. Joe and Steph are fantastic coaches and performing the movements correctly is emphasized above all else. The atmosphere and fellow members make the experience that much more fun. Every workout is a challenge and the environment is as supportive as any other in the business.
