Dropped in at the last minute to rent a truck. It was a holiday. No trucks were available, however, this couple went out of their way to call around other truck rental locations for me. These were their competitors. They did not mind. They wanted to help

These guys did such an awesome job! Even though they did not have a truck that fit what we were looking for they spent the time to look at other local locations to see what was available and made several calls to facilitate us being able to get a truck for our move that was only 2 days away.

The Perrones were the most accommodating uhaul facility I have ever used. My first reservation with uhaul was a mix up, but when I got to this location to pick up my trailer, the owner and his wife were so kind and helpful. I will rent from them again!!!

The rental truck needed to be returned by 8 a.m. on the contract. On internet the place opened 8 a.m. They didn't open until almost 10! When they arrived there was no apology just said" It is Sunday. I have been telling my husband we shouldnt open Sundays". They were very nice friendly but not customer oriented.
