The store didn't have much of a selection compared to others, which is alright with it being a smaller store. However the man that cashiered me, Allen, was very rude. I walked up to the register and set my items down, he walked over and said nothing. He scanned my items, I purchased three mugs and he did not offer to either wrap them or to just set them aside, instead just placed them in the bag. Once everything was scanned I could see my total was $10.88, and I informed him I had a gift card with $10 on it. He goes "It's $10.88". I just politely replied with "mhm" and proceeded to swipe the card. After I saw the $10 on my card went through I asked him if he had a garbage to toss the card in. He said "huh?" And I politely asked him again if he had a garbage. He said nothing and took my card. I started paying the $0.88 with my bank card, and after I already inserted my card and it was processing he goes "88 cents." To which I just replied "mhm" again. Overall he just seemed miserable, my issue doesn't really stand with the store, just this cashier. The other woman working was very friendly, though I don't remember her name.

This store is smaller than others I've been in and has a larger grocery section. I typically go here for party supplies, inexpensive decor, or kids toys/crafts. The home decor and supplies section was relatively sparse and the store is currently understaffed. Pretty typical otherwise.

It was very busy when I arrived. I think it was due to back to school because many people were buying large quantities of certain items. Overall this location was very well stocked, which is usually not the case when I go into a dollar tree.

A "LESS IS MORE" location with simple, efficient set-up and fast, friendly checkout. This particular store is a lot smaller than many of the other locations. The whole store only has four or five isles. The smaller size, combined with its location in what most people think of as a yuppie neighborhood, keeps the store traffic and wait times at checkout to a minimum. This location IS NOT the one to go to if you are looking for refrigerated foods, a large selection of other grocery items, or cleaning supplies, but it has the basics. If you are in a hurry and only need a couple things you will be guaranteed to get in and out quickly. This location also tends to have more name brand products in comparison to other Dollar Tree locations. Looking for Pedialyte or Mucinex for a sick child or husband? Don't give the drug store the remainder of your bank account balance, start your search here and get yourself something nice with the $25 you just saved. This store basically has one isle of seasonal/cards/gift items, one isle miscellaneous household/floral/craft items, half an isle personal care/hygiene, half an isle pet items, one isle food/storage/kitchen items, and one isle office/school supplies/toys. With cleaning supplies along the back wall and an extra seasonal display up front, this retail spaces leaves no room for anything else.
