Website clearly states closes at 3:30PM. At 2:55 when I arrived place was closed. This would have been my first time there and the reviews were good enough for me to try out the place but with the price of gas and traffic they need to update their hours accordingly.

Great bagels here! It seems like a popular place. They are friendly and fast. Plenty of parking. They also took COVID more seriously than other places around here.

Food was Delicious! Always has been. In fact the first time I remember ordering from the Bagel Deli in Patchogue was back in 2003 . Definitely A go to of mine , if I'm in the area and in the mood for breakfast!

Best bagels in town!! I get the egg everything w cream cheese & it’s perfectly salty & delicious!! Customer service isn’t bad it just looks like they don’t wanna be at work lol I can understand that.

We work in the area so not much choice done this end. Food is always over done. Bagels are hard and over cooked with no real flavor to them. Feels like I'm gonna break a tooth eating them. Ordered something different asked for lightly cook bacon. Welp it's burnt. Not really edible. it a hit or miss with this place. ppl working the counters and phones arent very nice and can be very rude, food can be good sometimes. it has been good the past few weeks but recently not so good. ordered an egg and bacon on a bagel. got back to the office and was missing the bacon and very little egg. called up and person was very rude and did not speak clearly.

Rude woman at the front taking orders and ringing up. Ordered a couple of bagels with butter and a couple of sandwiches and the amount of butter they put on the 3 barely would cover one half. This place used to be good but not it went completely down hill. Would not recommend due to the fact there are several others in a short distance.

the food was so burnt up, asked for lightly cooked, the potatoes were under cooked. the food had no flavor what so ever. pancakes were so bad i could not finish them. i will never order here again. there service is very rude

Love this place as it's a very busy place, loads if regulars but they do it right. The bug order we placed during a very busy period was prepared quickly and efficiently. Very surprised to get it so fast. And yes it was prepared just like we ordered and it was very very tasty. Their coffee was hot and taste great.

The absolute worst bagel store around. The last time I went there (regrettably) and they totally lost my order - bagel with butter. Went back two days ago because it's close, and total mess and completely disorganized. Left after 10 min waiting for....a buttered bagel. Woman at the counter gave me an attitude when I asked why egg sandwiches are being ordered, cooked, and paid for faster than my...buttered bagel. Go ANYWHERE else.

The bagels we're hot and fresh, service was prompt and friendly, and it was only $18 for 14 bagels (buy 12 get 2 free), two drinks, and 1/4 cream cheese. The deli was open at 5:45am but I could not find listed house anywhere. It smelled like breakfast and everything looked fresh and clean.
