I was super annoyed today because I lost my phone so I wasn't too happy when I came into t mobile. Jason greeted me immediately and was so kind and very knowledgeable and explanatory about everything and had so much patience. He went above and beyond to help me; really amazing customer service.

I went into the Patchogue, NY t-mobile store on Main Street in the village of Patchogue store number 3SRJ. I was assisted by Alison Briecke who was such an amazing member of the T-Mobile team! She really is knowledgeable of her job and was very patient with me. She honestly gave me peace of mind by thoroughly going through my account and history as I have been having ongoing issues since the merge from Sprint to T-Mobile for over a year. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile customer care monthly for almost a year and nothing was right or fixed correctly! Alison was able to find out the issues I have been having and fix all of my concerns all while being so pleasant to be around which made the experience that much more at ease as I have been frustrated for a some time now. Not only did she help me with this she also assisted me with going through my bill and helping my phone run faster without even asking! She really took initiative to assist me with making sure I was at peace leaving the store. If you ever need a T-Mobile team member she is to go to person! Thank you Alison!

I went in to set up a new phone that Team Mobile mailed to me. Went to a previous store and the girl behind the counter said she would give me a instructions on how to do it. Went into a panic because I am not tech savvy at all !!! Michael Hanley assisted me immediately. He was thorough, patient, informative but most of all really represented what Great Customer Service is! He was a pleasure to deal with, thank you
