PHARMACIST refused to fill my perscription at 7:45 pm because they were 15 minute from closing despite me driving all the way from out east. Pharmacist was extremely condescending and rude. He wouldnt even make eye contact with me. Ive never been treated this way in my life by a pharmacist. Do not come here (is that what they want?)

Horrible pharmacy service. Can't reach anyone for over 2 hours on the phone (not the first time) tried to reach them from the main store ...on hold to be transferred for over 15min...will be leaving this place soon

Dr sent a prescription 6pm electronically. So I waited to go following day after work at 4:30pm to be told it wasnt ready yet. Amoxicillin nothing big to handle. Ok I leave and am told ill get a text when its ready. As soon as I walk through the door they leave me a voicemail to come to pharmacy and make sure I bring my insurance card which mind you I have been with them for 10 yrs same insurance! I bring it and waited another 30 minutes they count pills fill jars to then finally tell me my insurance doesnt cover amoxicillin which I have had many times from them. I go home call insurance company what would you know they do cover my meds. Point of story all 3 of those women back there need to be relieved. All they did was bad mouth customers on how they could do without this guy or that woman because they are annoying. Who speaks of customers that way let alone in front of other customers? Hispanic woman who works back there also asked right in front of me to have her friends prescription filled fast basically jump the line. Do better Rite Aid this location is going to pure s**t and those women are horrible.

Pharmacist was so rude this evening . I understand she was alone and it was busy but she could of been more nicer she kept saying she closes at 6pm and she couldn’t do vaccines and she kept going on and on . Customer service was horrible and what makes it worse she had a customer whoms dog was licking her hands and I did not see her wash her hands once

It's fine until you need help. In that case no one will ever answer the phone. Its been that way for as long as I can remember.

I could not be happier with my decision to switch from CVS in Holbrook to Rite-Aid in Patchogue. I never have to wait on extremely long lines and it feels like a much more personal experience. The pharmacists will actually take the time to answer questions or concerns. They have even gone as far to call me personally when my prescription was ready. Excellent customer service that is hard to come by these days!

No wonder Rite Aid is closing numerous stores in the US, their employees don't care. I called to have a prescription refilled and was put on hold for over an hour. When i called back the same thing happened. I tried over the course of 5 days. I finally pressed 4 while calling stating i was, "calling from a doctors office." just to get in contact with someone. I finally got ahold of someone. She told me she would order my prescription as they did not have it in stock and i could pick it up tomorrow after 3pm. Cool. THEN i go to the pharmacy the next day and THEIR PHONES ARENT EVEN RINGING. THEY'VE TURNED OFF THE RINGERS ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!! And they didnt have my prescription. This place is a joke. The pharmacist and 3/4 of the staff in the pharmacy are rude excluding one employee who was actually trying to take care of customers. FYI im trying to refill my birth control. Rite Aid should pay for my child if i get pregnant because their employees failed to do their job.

The staff at the pharmacy is so rude. My medication is never ready when I get there. They blame being short staffed, however they had poor service prior to the pandemic. The only reason I stayed with them is bc they are literally around the corner from me. I am so happy I am moving and will never have to deal with them again. I can handle that my medicine is never ready, but it’s the rudeness and smugness that bothers me the most!!
