Update 6/8/20 guy meets me at the door, directs me where to go. Another guy checks me out. Took only 5 mins and was treated well. Raising my rating. Review from 5/24/20. Website says open at 10am. Drive over at 10:45. Sign says new Sunday hours 11-6. Wait to 11. Does not open. Call store # and after it rings it asks for an access code. Dropping my rating due to poor management. Previous review- Good selection and fair prices. Staff is helpful. Delores was very personable.

Called flowers mills at 12:45 and picked up my purchase at 1:15. Jennifer came out with my item checked my ID and refused a tip . She was so pleasant made the experience easy. Thank you PaW&S

Rude people bought couple bottles of wine a month or so ago put in my wine cooler now went to drink and they were brown went to return them they wouldn't without a receipt. I shop there all the time buy top shelf items now I wont be back very rude people the last few times I've been there. I'll bring my business somewhere else.

Called at 10 to order and talked to a very pleasant Debbie. She called back when she was at the register to enter my information and again, very pleasant. She asked if 10:45 would be okay and asked what type of vehicle. Jennifer came out to put in my truck, asked to see photo DL and wouldn't take a tip. Well done, Flowers Mill!

I went to purchase two bottles of whiskey. After I picked up the first bottle I felt like someone was watching me. I then picked up the second bottle and turned around to go to the register and what do you know? One of the workers is behind in the aisle "rearranging bottles." When i get to the register he just happened to be finish and went on his way. Any person of color should stay far away from this place.

Prices were fantastic, and staff was very helpful. We stocked up on all our Christmas gifts. Plus I was able to buy a case of Jack Daniels Winter Jack. Now I have enough for gifts AND sipping on these chilly nights.

Trust me when I tell you one star is over generous. I went in on a Friday with my 21 yr old son and his girlfriend to get 2 bottles of wine for myself and a bottle of liquor for my son. My son and I both had our ID with us, his girlfriend left hers at home. I was denied service. Why you ask? Because I was being judged by the clerk about to ring us out. I have always looked younger than I actually am, and my son could look like my brother. This is NO reason to be so unbelievably rude to someone. To make matters even better the manager was more ignorant than he was. If I was to walk in with 2 small children I would have had no problem getting served. I could have been drunk out of my mind and alone to buy more alcohol and I would have been served. Since I had 2 young adults I was stereotyped and discriminated against. There are plenty of other liquor stores in the area and I will be sure never to use a PA wine & Spirits again. They are not only ignorant and incompetent, they will discriminate and make you feel they are better than others.
