No consistency. Negative employees with bad attitudes. Denise is ignorant and rude to almost everyone. Half the time no one answers the phones, they say kitchen is closed at 7 or they don't have pizza. I ordered a chicken finger sub last week and the fingers weren't cooked all the way through, the sub wasn't even cut and it wasn't even in a real bag, just some half plastic bag where the grease ate through the wrapper onto the seat. This place went downhill fast.

The best Food near Servotronics, Stuben, and many others. the Breakfast Pizza is bar none the best I ever had. The employees are the key to this place. Denise is one of the most friendly and personable people I have met in a gas station or otherwise. Jill is right up there too. very caring and fast worker that takes the time to smile and say hello if you want (I do). I'm so glad Crosby brought them on.

Put 1.50 into the air machine, only to find out it was broken. No sign posted.The clueless employees refused to refund me, and told me to call the number on the side of the machine, apparently deciding it was worth 1.50 to lose a customer forever. I won't ever go back- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Says they close at 9:00 called at 6:30 to order a calzone they told me no we close at 7:00. It'd be very cautious of their parking lot parking lot I think they have a total of seven parking spots and three of them are always taken by employees.

What's the point of having two registers if you're just gonna run one and have the line wrap throughout the store and out the door. Meanwhile there's no pizza in the warmer because its lunchtime and the clerk, who's worked here forever and knows the lunch volume they get, hasn't made enough. I know "there's a staffing shortage." Any excuse as to why places don't adapt and overcome.

Might as well only stop if you need gas, never any food ready during the day and half the time your standing around waiting for a cashier. I have tried to go back there a couple more times to see if maybe they changed and have food ready for take out. But all they every seem to have is maybe a single slice thats been there for 4 hours. Id honesly give them a 1/4 star but googles minimum is 1 star.

My name is Gus Pusateri. I went to the Maple Rd. in Elma location. I'm recovering from a recent stroke. I went to the ATM as i frequently do. I decided t get a lotto ticket. I stood at the counter waiting for a few minutes as the girl was making a pizza. it's what followed that upset me the most. She took her glove off in what looked like an angry jester. I asked why she was mad and talking under her breath it sounded like she swore at me. I did confront her and as I walked out the door she loudly told me to drop dead. With all my recent health issues this disturbed me the most. It's was approximately 10:45 am. I'm confident if you have camera's you'll easily confirm what I've said.

The blonde woman who works day shift is rude and inconsiderate. She always hides in the back room and when she finally comes out you get nothing but filthy looks and attitude. Why is she still working here??

Dont normally write reviews but for some reason the store doesn't open on time. After the 4th time it happened I felt I needed to write this. I work next store and can never get anything in the morning until they decide to open. The food is great but that's about it. Store is usually dirty especially restroom. I dont even stop in during lunch anymore. Overall disappointed and would avoid if possible.

I did not have a great experience. I came in and ordered a 1/2 sub, I was told it would be a bit because 2 subs were ahead of mine. i waited 25 minutes for a 1/2 turkey sub. I was walking around and the gentlemen behind the counter went to ask the women (short blonde) if my sub was ready and she kinda yelled, i'm toasting her roll, she asked for it toasted. I could hear her clear as day. Now I didn't say anthing and now she has an attitude, so I stated that she will probably spit in my food, the guy very politely says, she is not like that. However she did get back at me, I ordered White, I got Wheat, I ordered lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions and pickels. I received Wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickel, black olives, green peppers and no onion. WTH. What was she reading, because I saw the guy fill out the bag and that was not on there. Very Very Very Disappointed. Will not go back.
