First time trying to order the attendant told me “45/60 min to make your order” clearly didn’t wanting to make it, I ordered anyway, get ready in 20 min. Second time trying to order another attendant asked me “can you order in 30 min?” We are on our brake now. Whaaat ?? I Don’t recommend if you don’t want this kind of client treatment .

Yesterday the pizza was great, I’ve had past customer service issues with the workers at this location! The have poor customer service but atleast they made a good pizza…. Customer service is horrible at this location went again 9/19/22 and the guy that cashed me out was very very rude. His attitude was horrible for someone in service. He doesn’t need a job serving people I don’t know his name but my order was ready at 8:04pm…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S!!! Terrible presentation. Terrible customer service by the manager. This is how the pizza was delivered to me and the manager made it seem like it was my fault! I opened the box in front of the delivery person and this was 1 of 5 pizza boxes that were messed up. The manager didn’t care. I had to feed my diabetic grandparents this mashed up pizza.

On July 2nd I placed an order for delivery. The guy delivered it to the wrong address. When I called, he argued with me that he delivered it to the right address. I have a door camera, he didn’t deliver it to me. After 2 hours of waiting for him to figure it out, I went out searching for it and found it on a neighbors porch. Right next to the address numbers that weren’t mine. The food was cold with a dead fly in it. I called again. I said I want a refund. He said okay. No refund arrived. I called again. I was told to call corporate. Corporate told me they can’t help because it’s a franchise. They let the owner know I hadn’t received a refund yet. Called again when no refund arrived still. They said the owner processed it, I should se it soon. Still no refund. Called corporate again. They sad they can’t do anything more. So I paid $32 for food that was not delivered to me and it included a $5 tip to the driver that delivered it to the wrong address and argued with me about it. If you need a refund for an order, don’t expect it to happen. So now I’ll drive to another Dominos and pick up my order. Never going back to this one again.

Don't ever go to this place. I ordered a pizza and they didn't add any sauce on it. I checked details of my order and could clearly see the sauce was added. But that didn't make me angry, it was their attitude. The guy just told me to come back again and get another one. That wasn't a right response. You should have apologized for it first and suggested an alternative option. Drive there again, wait for 15-20 mins to get another one and come back home? Waste of my time and my gas. I told the guy I'm just going to eat it because I can't go there, then he hung up the call right away. What a poor service.

We've been total Domino's fans for yrs, so the shockingly rude behavior apparently accepted at this location is appalling. We were informed in a belittling, cold, disgusting manner that the hrs customer service has, as well as posted online were wrong & in a snotty, immature tone, "Good night!" There's more, but instead of going on, I hope this is more helpful; Pieology & Hank's West Pizza(sm family joint) have wonderful pizza & welcoming, caring staff.

Still the same great value after the inflation $5.99 ea. Pick any of 2. Gluten free pizzas. Pickup & save a lot on delivery and take it down to the beach to enjoy.

Actual their food and delivery is very good. Quality for me is really good especially when thinner crusts are ordered. The deals are a bit confusing as I seem to pay alot when I save 10-15 dollars. Online ordering pretty easy and missed the 3 dollar pickup refund the last. Time. Pick it up; better quality

The food was prepared fast and delivered on time. The driver was friendly and the food was prepared ok. I give the location a great review however dominoes quality as whole has went down and it’s reflected in their ingredients and flavor.

I ordered 1 deep dish pepperoni pizza with toppings of bell pepper, onion, hot sauce added along with a 8 piece boneless wings. The driver delivered both items when I opened the pizza it had everything but the hot sauce. I check the receipt and hot sauce was a topping I was charged for. I called the store a woman answered and I told her the situation. She tells the manager and they say they'll send me another pizza but I have to give the first one back which is fine only a few bites out of the one piece was missing. I then asked to get new order of wings so everything would be freshly hot and I'll give you guys the first wings back as well. The manager gets on the phone says no there only mistake was that they didn't give me hot sauce on the pizza that I was charged for. I said that I would like all my food to be freshly hot and eat them together because I would have to wait another hour for the second pizza and the wings will get cold. He said there's nothing he can do if I don't like it I can call the 1-800-dominos number and complain. The manager said his name was Samuel, he was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was talking to him. This store has the worst customer service I've ever had just look at all the other customers reviews that people are leaving... My company and I will never order from them again!
