This location, of Nordstrom's Rack, is VERY NICE! The store is clean, well organized, easy to move around in (I am in a power chair), and well lit. The prices are just astounding. The staff, and I met several and was helped by ALL, our SUPERIOR! Every one of them was; friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Two of them took me right over to the items I wanted, and then she MOVED RACKS so I could get to the size I needed. The cashier was NO exception. He was very friendly, offered to find items I wanted if I couldn't find what I wanted, and chatted with me while he rang me up. . EXCEPTIONAL; STORE, STAFF, SELECTION, SERVICE.

I'm not going back! I spend near $1,000 there a month and I have two little $1 alterations on straps on a sundress and they tell me I can't do it because I don't have the big Nordstrom's card maybe I'll just start shopping at the big Nordstrom's I do occasionally. Nordstrom's rack is not good at anything except collecting phone numbers and email addresses on their customers.

Went to return a pair of boots that were gifted to me. They had all of the tags and had ne er been worn. They refused to even give me store credit as I did not have a receipt and could not provide a phone number.

Lots of options and great specials. Great quality stuff for amazing prices. My new go to store. My husband and I have trouble finding a good pair of shoes (wide width) but here we've been able to find quite a few pairs. Good quality and for a reasonable price. There is always a special so I can find some pieces such as jewelry or a purse at a great price. The perfumes are good too.
