When I was let down by the Stockbridge location, this location came to my rescue. I had issues at another location and when I called this store, not only were they polite, but actually helpful. Between Gavin and Shannon, they got the job done that was needed to be done. Thank you to those two and whichever employees that I spoke with on the phone. I wish I knew their names because I would like to give them credit, as well, for taking care of me. It's a drive for me, but it's worth the time it takes to get there to get great customer service.

This is the 3rd time I’ve came in this store standing in line and the associates do not acknowledge me. I see different employees make contact with me & no one bothers to see what I need. The 1st time I just ended up leaving. This last time I come up to the service desk & 2 employees dart to the check out register like they didn’t see me. I ask from across the store is anybody over her, she dismiss me “service desk is closed”. Then say that instead of just running when you see me walk up then glaring at me from across the store. My print job is already done I simply just need you to hand it over. You can’t get service at the service desk or customer service in this place.

This Office Depot is the only one I will visit for my printing needs! They are understanding, kind, prompt, and respond well to feedback! They are appreciated, especially manager Williamson and print manager Shannon.

Customer service has changed for the complete better. It is progress and I'm happy that my store experience went well. I too, had a young that assured and assisted me with my service and i was well pleased. He also helped others and was very polite and respectful. His original kindness will take him far. As he humbly knew that. I'd go to day that it was a blessing that he was strong in his faith and it showed and I respect him more for that stand even at his place of work. Yahweh bless him for the honest example he is showing to his staff and team members. Shalom.

I would like personally thank the associate who helped me in making flyers for my fathers missing dog. She was compassionate and very helpful, she showed me how to use the website on my phone and just went above and beyond with her customer service!

Today is the second time I’ve gone to the store to return a package via UPS and was told I am shutting down or I was about to close. The young man who told me this today at 7:24 PM is the same young man who told me this is the first time. He clearly has no concept of good customer service. I took a package in last week about the same time, maybe a little earlier in the evening and an older gentleman a lady and another man gave good customer service was very accommodating and I was able to mail the package. I think the young man that was there this evening needs to be retrained . Because of the customer service I received from him, I will not purchase from this location the printer I plan to purchase within the next week or maybe not from Office Depot at all due to the frustration of driving to the store and not being given adequate service. This location is probably closest to me but the Fayetteville location has provided better service in the past and so does the Fayetteville Staples location.

Great customer service from the time I entered until the time I exited. The new Assistant Manager made sure I understood I understood the time frame tjat I had to benefit from the rewards program that I've had for a while that no other manager has ever done.

I was impressed. I was greeted by a new employee and he went above the call to assist me. He had to go ask the young man in self service if I could print from my device and came back quickly with the answer. The self service young man he asked, left the area and didn't come back the whole time I was there. I love that the new guy initiative was on 1000. The information he learned for me, he ended up using moments later and it was the satisfaction on his face that was so rewarding, to see he learned something new and was able to share it. I encouraged him to keep up the good work because that is the reason why customer service exists. I use to work at Kinkos and I know how it is to work at the self service.
