I had a very pleasant experience with Mr Lew! He was very clear and kind, and matched me with a car that was perfect for my needs. It was only $20 a day for unlimited mileage, as I was going to NC. Every car comes with roadside assistance, which is so reassuring. His terms and conditions are very clear, and he was upfront that the cars are older. Definitely recommend! ~Brittany

Budget website let me make a reservation when they were closed. After their utterly incompetent agent transferred the reservation to the airport location, the experience just got worse. Here's my review of THAT location: Typical Atlanta attitude. Rolling eyes, telling me it's my fault they're out of cars (because I was late to the reservation THEY changed after they sent me to a closed location), laughing at me when I asked for a manager. Openly talking about me right in front of me about how I'm just being extra. Then telling me the rate was an extra $100... Because it is what it is. When I pointed out it was their error they stated that Budget Atlanta isn't the same as Budget corporate' and that it 'didn't matter' what reservation I had with corporate, they could run their business as they wanted. When I started recording them they started yelling my name through the concourse and telling me they were going to have me arrested. I told them to go ahead. This was the most unprofessional and absurd encounter I've ever had. Anyone who even considers renting with them needs their head examined. ~Ryan

Customer service has changed for the complete better. It is progress and I'm happy that my store experience went well. I too, had a young that assured and assisted me with my service and i was well pleased. He also helped others and was very polite and respectful. His original kindness will take him far. As he humbly knew that. I'd go to day that it was a blessing that he was strong in his faith and it showed and I respect him more for that stand even at his place of work. Helped me lose over 40 lbs about 3 years ago! Now, I'm back in the gym and I'm enjoying getting back in shape and reclaiming my health! I haven't used a coach or class, so I can't speak on that. The gyms are typically clean, but I have seen times when the cleanliness level wasn't ours best, but still not horrible. Even when busy, I don't feel I'm being watched nor do I feel judged. Also, the $20 Black Card membership is worth the price. I love the massage chair! The hydro massage bed and chairs are also great. And knowing I have access to any gym really puts me at ease. I recommend this gym, esp to those new to working out or that has been out the gym for a long time :) ~Jamia
