Unprofessional store - took my iPhone SE for screen replacement and I lost $120 at least😢. After looking the phone, they said that battery is swollen and they recommend to replace it or they will not give warranty on screen replacement. My battery worked perfect and I didn’t have ANY issues with it. I asked several times what kind of battery is it and can there be any problems after battery replacement because they told me that after taking out the original battery it cannot be placed back in iPhone. They assured me that it will work without problems. So I left my iPhone and came back in 1 hour. My iPhone was not ready. I left the store, after 2 hours called them and ask if it was ready. I was told that it was ready for pickup. I came back to store and was waiting 30 minutes more as it was not ready yet😤. Then they brought my iPhone and said that with new battery my iPhone is not charging more than 3% now. I was told that they don’t have another battery to try but they will get it tomorrow and I need to come tomorrow. Next day I came, left the iPhone and came back in 2 hours. Guess what - my iPhone can not be charged more than 5% anymore and I cannot place back my original battery. Moreover, now it reloads every second minute so I even can’t take my information from it. I was offered only $50 refund although I already paid for screen replacement $35 which I don’t need now with this broken iPhone. Now I need to buy another iPhone SE 64 gb which costs on Craiglist $175. So I lost my iPhone, 2 days and will lose and spend more time and money to fix this problem which I didn’t initiate. I’m so unhappy now☹️😞😥

Not very happy at all. A few months back I entrusted these people to fix the screen on an IPhone 5C that was damaged, and was told that they’d have the repaired phone ready in 30 minutes. It took these jokers 2 hours and they did nothing but destroy my phone, permanently damaging it. Also, they made me purchase another 5 C that they overcharged for, acting as if Apple just released the 5C. I went to another phone repair shop inside North Point Mall in Alpharetta and the owner of that shop fixed my phone for cheap and I got a bunch of accessories from him. Don’t hire these losers they will extort you and ruin your stuff.

It has been approximately 7 days since I initially called in about services to my shattered LCD screen LG for repair. Initially recieved a price of $85 & not to mention the surety that the phone parts will be in store in 3-5 days. In this case, she confirmed Monday, TODAY! Anyways, A lady named KG (sounds african) at first she was very nice & helpful. However, she kept giving me wrong information, even with me asking repeatedly "are you sure?" Answers were always yes. 7 days & 3 calls later, KG tells me different story. Price is now $150 & it will be there in two more days. WEDNESDAY! Really!!! I mean, HOW?!? Can you just Imagine all the inconvenience?!?!?! So when I asked for the manager, all I got was more lies & attitude atop the frustrations prior & at hand. No apology. I am deeply disappointed. 1 star is an understatement. Should have been zer0. Bad for business people. Badddd!!!!!!!!!!

Went in for a battery replacement and the amateur of a technician Anir messed up my phone. I had to go back the next day and she claims she fixed it correctly this time but yet I still have the same problem that I went in initially with. I went in because my battery is losing strength too fast and it is still losing strength too fast. When you go cheap you get cheap inexperienced quality. She only has good ratings because she is established in a hood area. So the expectancy for great service isn’t that high.

Best price I found to replace my iPhone 6S screen. They had it done in 40 minutes and I paid $50. I will go here anytime I have a need in the future.
