Beth has to be the nicest and most helpful sales consultant on the planet. Brandon, sales manger, had everything ready in a few minutes with the car pulled up before I arrived. Sheldon, in finance, made sure to put me in the best possible shape he could. Land Rover, Greensboro made my purchase painless and extremely quick. They knew I was headed out of town the next day and it was a goal for them to finish the sale before I left. Highly recommended!

I purchased a pre-owned Range Rover from Flows. My salesman, Michael was very helpful. He and I discussed that the vehicle had a issue with the sunroof which was making a loud noise. I was assured by my salesman and the GM Michael that Flow would correct the issue at their expense. I brought it in a few weeks later and their service manager along with a woman service tech looked at the sunroof in length at determined it needed to be replaced and would have to order a replacement sunroof which would come in from Australia. I write all this because I would not have all these details unless this all took place. Over a year later my sunroof has not been replaced and all records of my several visits to Flows has been deleted from their computer. The GM, Michael did not even have the decency to look me in the eye to tell me there were no records of my being there. He had the service manager Amer tell me. I’m am still trying to get this issue corrected through Land Rover North America as there were records at another dealer. This is a very questionable dealership with unethical practices. BEWARE.

I will diverge from the other reviews and say the customer service is terrible. Their work is great if you can ever get anyone to call you. Multiple voicemails and speaking to the receptionists yet days would go by with no call backs. I've owned Land Rovers for decades, in three states and this is the worse experience yet. So bad in fact I'm driving to Alexandria, VA to the Dealer there where I was able to speak to a service tech within minutes.

Tried these guys because my local dealer in Roanoke Va is garbage, so we drove two hours to avoid them. I have nothing but good things to say, Joseph in service had us in before our scheduled time and a had a vehicle for us. Granted, we did schedule over a month out, but everything went smooth and I thank you for it. Can’t remember a time when things went to plan. Worth the drive.

So I got a Land rover velar from this place. Multiple occasions I’ve scheduled service or repairs and requested loaners ahead of time, And multiple times they not had a loaner available and allowed me to take off work when they could’ve easily call me beforehand to let me know. Today my back up cameras mess up. I call and was told I could wait with the car or spend money and rent a car because they don’t do loaners anymore. Avoid this place at all cost they are not worth the headache.

I have nothing but rave reviews to offer about Flow Land Rover Jaguar. My car will never be serviced anywhere else. Kenny and Ameer treat me like royalty, and I deeply believe its their default position for all their customers. Their attention to time and cost is fantastic, and their shop runs like a clock --- impeccable. My car comes out of service clean and feeling brand new, with quality service. Land Rover Jaguar Greensboro is a top notch dealership serving the triad area. We live in Winston and have bought two vehicles at the dealership and have had hands down the best experience. Not only is the sales department excellent, the dealership goes above and beyond. The service department is such a breeze - Ameer is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything we need. I would highly recommend!!

Had a positive experience purchasing from here in Nov 2020 and believe I got a fair price on my trade and purchase. I have had service done here as well and service team was prompt and professional, made an appointment and they got me in and out in the time they stated. Update 8/19/21 - had a scraped wheel and service department had a resource that made it go away like magic! Looks brand new again, had no idea that type of repair was even possible.
