Best personal trainer in Jonesboro, Georgia (GA) 2024

Helped me lose over 40 lbs about 3 years ago! Now, I'm back in the gym and I'm enjoying getting back in shape and reclaiming my health! I haven't used a coach or class, so I can't speak on that. The gyms are typically clean, but I have seen times when the cleanliness level wasn't ours best, but still not horrible. Even when busy, I don't feel I'm being watched nor do I feel judged. Also, the $20 Black Card membership is worth the price. I love the massage chair! The hydro massage bed and chairs are also great. And knowing I have access to any gym really puts me at ease. I recommend this gym, esp to those new to working out or that has been out the gym for a long time :) ~Jamia
