I’m not giving a 2 cause of the employees, because they were nice. However we waited 20 minutes for our food… in the drive thru, if I wasn’t trapped I would have pulled off and went to one of the 4 other fast food chains within 2 minutes. They have breakfast menus out, obviously that’s wrong. Sold out of Cinnabon delights, the only real desert they sell. Didn’t have mild sauce…. Who is running this place? Or is anyone at all? It really seems like a free for all and this isn’t the first time I’ve waited 20+ minutes at this location.

Food was alright, I have had better from taco bell but I go on lunch so busy. The wait though, 15-30 minute wait depending on the day. They have like 2 people behind the line with a full dining room need more people

this location needs to get it together, badly. I just spent 28 minutes in the drive thru, and for the second time in a row recently my food came out like trash, wrapping done terribly so that food was everywhere in bag befoee i even got home, the locos tacos didnt have sleeves oh and did i mention i sat there for 28 minutes being the 4th car in line

Holy line. I think I was stuck in thw drive thru line for 20 mins. The worker said it usually isn't like this and had to have KFC workers come help. The food was good but not worth that wait.

I sometimes go here with my friends late at night they definitely need to hire more night shift people I kid you not I’ve waited 25 minutes in the drive thru before (not to be a Karen) do better Taco Bell

We love Taco Bell and were thrilled when the Farmington location opened. Except every time we go there's an error in our order. Usually it's something annoying, but small, so no big deal. As a vegetarian I'm thrilled with their options and love the power bowl. Tonight I ordered my typical veggie bowl. But when I got home it was a chicken bowl. Lost more than half the bowl to get all evidence of chicken out. Extremely disheartening.

Just had to edit my 5 star review I gave this place to a 1 solely for today's visit alone. I spent a half hour waiting inside for my meal. When I arrived the drive thru was completely empty and when we entered the building there was one family finishing up their meal. My girlfriend and I both did a kiosk order and she got her order at a normal wait time. I am a very patient person and am not someone who enjoys conflict. I decided to wait at the front register for someone to help me but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to speak up for myself and ask someone working drive thru about my order and showed my receipt. A supervisor/manager was training someone during this time at the booths and did absolutely nothing to assist with this line forming of customers. After finally getting my order addressed it turned out my order was given to someone else on accident and the gentleman in the drive thru who received it had to come in and get it fixed. I witnessed about five other people have to wait with me to either order or receive their kiosk or mobile order, it genuinely felt like nobody was assigned the front end. "Do you wanna just go to KFC?" Is what I hear from the people in line with me. What upset me the most is my girlfriend's food had already gone cold by the time I even got my order resubmitted. The kind lady who heard me out did a fantastic job fixing my order and was very nice about the whole thing. Unfortunately I forgot to also ask about my drink because of me just wanting to go home at that point but I got everything else I ordered. The nice lady even threw in some cinnamon twists which is a nice gesture but I don't even like them. I advise anyone on a short lunch break to NOT eat here until they fix their end. I understand things happen in fast food and people are doing their best but man my day and my girlfriend's day just got ruined.

Seriously disappointing. Every visit lately has taken at LEAST a half an hour. Not a single employee addressed that an order was checked as done and wasn’t given to the correct person, constantly people coming in after drive thru to ask for the correct order, and some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. The order kiosks are an OPTIONAL way to order. People on a 30 minute lunch break should not be expected to tap an oversized ipad to order as opposed to being addressed at the counter. Not the messiest kitchen area I’ve seen but it definitely wasn’t clean with employees stepping on/around food on the floor for a long while. Two stars purely for the one woman that actually helped and was apologetic for the confusion. I understand things can get messy with technology, but you would think a single person could just be at the front register to address patrons. You can’t solely rely on a self order kiosk to run a restaurant. Food was fine; It’s Taco Bell.

My most recent visit was very poor. I quite frequently order food to pick up on DoorDash, and go through the drive thru to get it. However whoever was running it wouldn’t let me get it, and told me I had to come in the store.

Constantly forgetting items. Drinks, entire meals. Worst Taco Bell we've gone to or ordered from. The one down in Canandaigua is infinitely better. Lost our business permanently after the fourth time in a row of missing items.
