Stuck hundreds of miles away from home and had our battery go bad. These guys were super helpful and had tools we could use to replace it and get back on the road.

Same day pickup? I don't think so. Placed a simple order hours before store closing in hopes to change my oil today. Nope. Not ready. Hopefully it is ready early tomorrow morning because I won't have another chance to change oil until next week. At which point I could have ordered online to be delivered to my home for 20 percent off. What a waste of time and money.

Matt helped me out with a battery and when I bought it, we didn’t have tools. Needed another jump to get home and change out the battery, but Matt came out with tools and changed out the battery. Thank you so much, I feel at ease coming to AutoZone!

I was very happy with my experience yesterday from this location. There were two employees who really were the best overall. I think their names were Ben and Brian. I came in with an issue with my AC. They helped me figure out that it was low frion in my car that was causing the issue. I didnt know where the high or low point for the charge was and they helped me find it. They suggested the right frion for my car and even gave me instruction on how to put it in my car. Great group of guys there.

We used to have a car guy that helped us out a lot here but quit a couple years ago so we haven't been back in a while. However, today we had to come back for a couple of things and a young man named Ethan was extremely helpful and put our windshield wiper on for us. He was extremely kind and accommodating. I will come back and ask for him specifically. Thank you Ethan!

Most of the staff are kind and always offer help. Sometimes I do feel like I'm being talked down to and that things are being WAY overly-explained and that I'm being talked to like I'm a child. I'm sure the employee was just trying to help me and to ensure that i would buy the correct product but it was all a bit overboard and somewhat insulting. To be fair, this has only happened a couple of times and for the most part I am treated normal any other time that i come in.

This Autozone was by far the best one I have ever been to! I blew a transmission line on my way home at 8:30 at night(109 miles from home) and they let me leave the truck for 2 days while I got a friends to come back and help me with the vehicle. They let us barrow some tools they had and was exceedingly helpful with everything. Let us dirty the bathrooms and the parking lot while we messed with the truck for 5 hours! This was the absolute best experience I've ever had at an autozone!

Brandon was amazing! He was so polite and helpful to me and my husband...especially in the dark!! We laughed together and he made our awful day a little better. A deer had destroyed our headlamp this morning and Brandon quickly got us legal again so my husband could drive to work safely in the early morning. You're awesome, Brandon! Thank you 🙃
