Beautifully kept store, with great staff. The options for both men and women are really highlighted with how they display things, and I didn't even know men shopped at Lululemon until I walked by. The store grabbed my attention and pulled me in. If I had one near me, I'd definitely go a lot more, as the pants they have for men are perfect for day outings and hikes. Lightweight and they move with your body, same with their amazing shirts. Again, I didn't even know they carried things for men, but they got me. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

My daughter L♡VES this place! It's SO EXPENSIVE! 🤑 WHY? UGH! It's like a Vortex for my wallet. LOL! 😆 VERY nice, kind, and helpful employees! I hope the employees are getting a cut of the take! 🤭

Got a wrong size jacket. The staff (Kelly, Dane and Rocio) went out of their way to help me . They even called around to see if they find me the item. I will give them 5 star ( the most i see). Lululemon should be proud of these hard workers. lululemon is lucky to have them.

The store is dangerous to my wallet. They have an incredible men's selection which is hard to find in the Lululemons. Staff is super friendly and overall the store is beautiful. This is usually my go to Lululemon and I can't wait to shop back there again even though my wallet is saying. Please don't.

Came to return a exchange from my birthday at 7:10pm. Jeff, the manager, he stated as customers were walking out. That they closed at 7pm. The only had 1 till open: they couldn’t do anything for you. What a joke! Will never purchase another item from this store. Worst customer service, all he had to do was exchange sizes. Now I will certainly tell 100 people how horrible of a customer service I had at the Fashion Island location and what a complete terrible example of what management should like like from Jeff. Will be calling corporate office in the morning.

My sister and I came to this store and she found a cute bathing suite, we then proceeded to checkout and we were checked out by the assistant manager( Katherine I believe). She then proceeded to tell us that the price tag was not the real price and that someone made a mistake. We told her that most places honor the price that is on the item. She became very defensive ( which was uncalled for rude and unprofessional) she said that she did not have to honor it. We have spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon and to come across this kind of behavior is atrocious. We shop at Lululemon because of their quality and class in store and this did not add up with what we are used to, extremely disappointed.

The Lulu staff at this location are amazing! Samira guided me and was extremely helpful with helping me address a miscommunication with the seamstreess involving $400 worth of mens pants. She helped me from start to finish and was educated on the company and provided me with a great customer service that reflected the brands care and great customer service . My favorite location for this reason!

Great service and quality products. The Only bad thing was when I had a pair of pants hemmed, I wasn’t happy with the result. One pant leg is an obvious 1/2 inch shorter than the other... You would think that the quality would be carried over into the tailoring process as well. I love the location and set up of the store as well. They also let us bring our dog in.

Super convenient location in fashion Island, I found everything I needed quite easily. The staff are friendly and very helpful when assisting you to change rooms and finding alternate sizes. Definitely a great gift idea for any woman in your life☺️☺️ if you are planning to get a gift card make sure you are laying out enough money for a few purchases, llulu is pricey!!
