Must be nice to have a company to run and a store to run during work hours but yet when you come to the store there's no one in the store and the doors are locked during work hours when they're supposed to be open

Always have issues here. The older woman NEVER knows what the hell is going on. But today I pull in around 2:45, Theres no sign on the door says open and is locked up with four or five customers standing outside and a lady banging on the door. It’s within business hours and there’s not a soul in the building. Surprised that t-mobile would allow this sort of customer service. You’d think they’d want there money. Not taking a nap in the back

I got a phone it was a Nokia it was straight up junk from the get go I complained and no one wanted to help with it a month later it just stopped working all together don’t recommend theses phones at all

I have to go here today. Plan on going as soon as opens @ 10am. in hopes i can get in and out in less than 2hrs. Already dreading it. Always understaffed. In reading the generic responses from owner i am going to publicly call u a liar..This location is always..slow...slow...and understaffed..if you really care hire somebody..there should always be at least 3 people here...but then you'd have to give up a bit of your profit..so that wont happen will it..?

I'm here now @ 10:13am...says shld be open...here I was worried about taking 2hrs to get a phone...but nope..not even open...if could would give zero stars...will now b switching carriers...worst business ever.. deserve to go out of business....oh & to top that off..when I call their mailbox is full...(at a phone place .??..)..what a joke..

My fiance has the service with them. She has had service with Metro for about 19 months. Originally everything was awesome for her and I almost dropped 20 years with Verizon to switch as well. They even said if keep the same brand of phone you could upgrade for a fraction of the price of other companies. (She did it once for her son and was happy with the experience) Now let's get to the past 3 months.......... We have all been trying to call repeatedly with no answer. The few times we have went there door has been locked or once the girl locked the door as we were about to walk in. Tried to speak with someone in Chattanooga about the incident and they were of no assistance. My fiance's phone needs to be replaced quickly but I guess it will be with another carrier.

Something is wrong either with this business in general, or this specific place needs an overhaul regarding their employees. First, we've been with them for about 6 months now, and when we first got service with them, I wanted to switch an existing phone over to the service. They verified it would work, and was told I'd have to use one of their phones first for a month before I could switch my phone over, which was odd to me. Fast forward to that month, I go to get my phone switched over, and am charged again to have my existing phone put onto the service... Told another employee there about that, they said that wasn't supposed to happen and asked who did it. Seems like they were being pretty shady to get more money out of us. Second, this phone that I got switched over to the service, has had continuous spotty coverage in the middle of town. I'm talking straight up drops the signal entirely, and I'm having to use an app to force LTE to even have any service. Keep in mind, this same phone I've used previously in this same area with at&t, no problems like I'm having now with the service. So what am I paying for? To have barely any service? We plan to switch very soon. Third, since switching, my Google messages chat feature no longer will connect, previously worked just fine with at&t on this same phone. Fourth, the employees need better training because it's a little sad to me that they don't know that you can dial *#06# to get your IMEI number to show. I would think a company who deals with phones and phone services would teach their employees this, I actually had to show the employee there this myself and she had no idea that was possible. This is my first time ever dealing with TMobile in any way, and it will be my last.

I can't make or receive any text messages or phone calls when I am at home. I asked about coverage in store and was told it wouldn't be an issue. I was not told that my phone would be using WiFi to make calls. We do not have access to wifi where we live, so that doesn't help us any. I've been a customer for 6 months, but am switching to something else ASAP.

I have never in my life experienced such aweful custom service. I have had Metro for the past three years and the service is great. Unfortunately everytime I go to the store for an issue, to add a line, upgrade, make payment or even a simple question the manager is never there during business hours, always runs and locks the doors when people arrive. She is VERY RUDE. Her customer service skills are absolutely a complete zero. It's very AGGERVATING to have only one store in my area with such an un pleasant customer service representative. I am definitely switching service... Thanks to the RUDE TRASHY MOUTHED incompetent manager skills.... 🙄
