Place was in need of cleaning. Flies and bugs were unbearable. The person working the counter barely spoke 3 words and only rang up a couple of requested items. Milk for the kid's meal was warm. Person working in the kitchen didn't wear gloves and handled food after touching his mouth. Product received were disposed of immediately.

22 minutes from order time til I got my 2 cheeseburgers & what was supposed to be a large twist cone (it was small) & doggie dish of vanilla, which they charged over $3 for!

8:40 and would not answer drive thru. Says open until 9pm several workers inside will not waste my time at this business again

We usually like visiting Dairy Queen, they have good ice cream and I like watching to see what blizzard they’re featuring for the month. Today was different. We ordered a combo meal with a drink and there were gnats flying around the soda dispenser. More flooded out when soda dispensed. The gnats followed us to our table. Our cheese curds were a congealed melted lump. We ordered ice cream for the kids after the food and the employee who took our order was clearly having a bad day and we were an inconvenience. Several times he sighed loudly and took his hat off, shaking his head. He misunderstood the order and when I corrected him, he stood and stared at his screen and I wondered why I was trying to work to give business to an establishment that didn’t want it. The dipped cone we got was wrapped in a napkin that had also been dipped so the bottom half of the cone had napkin fused to it and couldn’t be eaten without also eating the napkin. Dairy Queen, it’s been great but in the future we’ll pay a little more at Culver’s for a clean, welcoming environment, which really should be an industry standard.

Waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger… when I pulled into the drive thru there were 3 cars in front of me… 45 minutes… I am patient and I know the world has been turned upside down since Covid… but 45 minutes for a cheeseburger… when this location was sold, whoever owns it now, must not care about customer service, or even trying to hire capable people. I’m sorry this location has deteriorated immensely since Larry and Shelly sold it. Shouldn’t even have the Dairy Queen franchise… embarrassing that this represents the corporate company. Will NEVER be back. Edit: I’m sorry after waiting that long, I was upset and let my emotions steer this review… when I got my burger, now I have to adjust what I said earlier… this is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. My burger was cold… not just cold, but cold like it sat in the refrigerator overnight cold. Buyer beware… you can see other reviews that match, this place is horrific. Corporate Dairy Queen should pull this franchise. Dirty inside, view from drive thru window shows boxes all over cash register counter stacked up… I don’t get it. Did I tell you the part where the worker argued with me of what I ordered… after waiting 45 minutes with 10 of those being at the drive up window without being acknowledged… worker comes over and says you ordered the bacon deluxe right? No I ordered the two cheese deluxe burger. “We don’t have that, you ordered a bacon deluxe!” No I ordered the two cheese deluxe burger. “Was it $5.38?” Sure… “that’s the two cheese bacon deluxe burger.” Ok thanks give me whatever it is that you say I ordered… got burger pulled away, opened up, besides being ice cold… guess what no bacon!!! I know… I didn’t order any. Stay away!!!

Went there today with my son. Went inside to order for carryout. Wait about 8 minutes for our order to be taken. Order off their "2 for $4" menu and was quickly informed that they no longer had that menu (even though it was still lit on their menu board). Changed our order and paid. Our hot food and drinks were handed to us but they forgot our blizzards. The cashier asked "what did you order again", so I told her, even though it was on my receipt. She brought the blizzards out to the picnic tables outside and they were wrong. The opposite flavors were in the small and medium that we ordered. We did not make them change it, bit did let her know we would not be back anytime soon. Burgers were mediocre.

This is a new review based on the covid-19 changes to our lifestyle. Usually I won't go into problems with staff but I did notice the drive through employee here blatantly ignoring covid-19 safety practices. Handling mask on face below nose and mouth with bare hands, then handling my food. Better training is needed to educate this young staff

Decent Ice Cream/ Strange Atmosphere I have to start out by listing the good. The people working there were working hard and were very friendly. The facility was decently clean. We got our ice cream fast even though it was busy. The building was poorly maintained. As you can see from my photos there were multiple issues. The dining room is dark and a little odd. There are numerous lights out all over the "restaurant". There are also a lot of flys buzzing around. There were a couple of leaks in the ceiling that garbage cans were collecting water from. In summary, this place is a nice place to stop and get some ice cream. The owner really needs to get it togeather and fix the problems with this place. It is weird and off putting to sit and eat here. Also, the dark conditions are not fair to the employees who work here. It must make it a depressing place to work
