Not sure if they can see this but my card tap to pay wasnt working so i went around and made a mobile order but the kid was super patient and even threw in a cookie thanks dawg i appreciate it for real!

Dining area was dirty, floor was sticky. Only extra crispy available. No dark meat for 20 minutes. :(

Outside is a bit shaggy looking but very nice wait staff. I'm very fond of the spicy chicken sandwich and the Nashville tenders.

This KFC stole our credit card. It was never given back when we paid for our meal (didn’t realize it because of a distraction of rudeness). Never again. Don’t trust this place. They stole over $500 dollars:

This kfc is famous for forgetting cookies and occasionally a drink.you have to keep on your toes.you have to ask them are my cookies in the bag.i've never had an issue with the staff other than they don't give you the correct food items or not enough food items.they need more staff there.being short staffed causes workers to have to hurry to get the food out so remember to ask if all your food is in your bag...

Ordered through the app, when I got there (which was the time I was supposed to pick up) the order was not ready. The ticket for the order did not print. So we waited an additional 15 min to get the order. When we got home and started eating, we quickly realized that the biscuits were not biscuits at all but the dough. I live about 15 min from the beloit location, had I not just worked a 12 hour shift, I'd have went back and had them remake the order. I will drive the extra 10 min to go the Machesney park next time. Every time I come to this location, they are forgetting food or giving me uncooked food. Do better KFC beloit

Honestly one of the worst fast food locations I've ever been to. I've never had an order right since I've been in beloit. I will never go back. They forgot my biscuits I ordered last time. I tell them I am missing my biscuits . "OH that will be like a 5 min wait" Okay?!!! We're you going to tell me or just let me drive off? They came back 30 seconds later with the biscuits... There is never ice in the drinks. They always don't have ice. My gf get the same thing every time and they manage to mess it up everytime. She loves KFC and would rather go 20 mins out of the way to a different one. Poor management and employees (the ones I've experienced) ran this place into the ground.

They forgot to give me my drink, sprite with no ice. So I reversed back up to the window (nobody behind me thankfully). Got a sprite with ice... .. . Then parked to check the rest of my order (also removed the ice from my drink) & then had to go inside to get my honey mustard. Tenders are lukewarm sadly.

If I could give them negative stars I would. We went there this evening and ordered a 3 piece, a tenders meal and 2 chicken littles. We waited OVER a half an hour. Nobody updated us, when we called we were promptly hung up on. Then when we finally received our food it was the wrong order. I've never had such poor service, absolutely horrid. The food we did get was not good. It was soggy and mangled breading and cold biscuits. If you're hungry don't go here.

Dirty,staff acted as if they were on crack!(lots of running around&yelling¬hing getting done)terrible customer service&took forever to get food that was already done&box because of horseplay going on...then missing gravy&biscuits, chicken was soggy with grease...go back to get our missing items&listen to them argue amongst themselves on whos fault it is,get treated rudely&have it made clear they were sure the gravy was "inda bag"...if it was i wouldn't have had to drive back&get it from you morons would i??? This location should be completely re-staffed (store mgr. on down)because you cant even tell which of the loud obnoxious people are in charge&whoever's in charge has no control over their staff,or the daily operations of this location... worst kfc visit we've ever had...never going back to this location,probably be a long time before we go to any kfc after that clown show Ok so a year later,thought id try 1 more time because i like kfc,but ive never recieved a complete or made as ordered meal from this location... last chance,guess ill have to wait till i go out of town to visit kfc again because my hometown one apparently is staffed by idiots that cant read...NO PICKLES MEANS NONE OF THOSE GREEN SLICED THINGS ON THE FOOD...
