He was so slow to answer questions that I sat there wondering if he had forgot I was there. Besides that, the chicken sandwich I received was mashed, soggy, and the piece of chicken was about half the size it normally is. It tasted ok, but it had zero crunch. It was a far cry from the 'best chicken sandwich' it raved to be. I had already driven 5 minutes away to a quiet parking spot to eat before hitting the road again before I realized what I received. I thought about going back to complain, but I did not have the time.
