This location was exceptional. When ordering the cashier made sure everything was correct and the food arrived as advertised. It was ready so quick I actually didn't have time to sit down, he beat me to the table. While eating their customer service team came around offering refills and if anyone needed anything. Definitely giving them an A+ and would certainly recommend the location if you need a quick, but comfortable lunch.

I went to Chick-fill-A on Saturday afternoon. Chick-fill-A is a wonderful restaurant. Especially the spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and the price good. They are consistently respectful their customers and always make everyone feel welcomed. It was a nice, clean place to eat.

As a corporation they get 1 star for the things they've put money behind, but as a restaurant... Compared to literally every other fast food place they have the greatest number of healthy choices (and they taste good), they have the highest order accuracy, the fastest service, the freshest food, always seem to be properly staffed, and their young adult employees rarely seem like they would rather die than serve you. If only more places could hit even half of those marks...

I love Chick-fil-A, however I actually haven't been to any that has been equally as proficient as 124th. They're timing is great. Food better, and usually on pointcwith everything. But, when and if they do make a mistake. They kindly compensate with the goal of pleasing the customer. Never fear seeing long lines for their drive thru., it is one the best I have ever dealt with.

This Chick-fil-A location has wonderful customer service. The people working are always so respectful and friendly! I've had a string of instances where my orders were incorrect though... It's never something unfixable but still slightly annoying. Overall a great location and convenient for a meal before/after a Home Depot or target run! 😆

Chick-fil-a has a pretty consistent brand no matter what city you're in. I must say, the staff at this particular store are a cut above. They operate as if they really want to be there and as if they are collectively motivated by a bigger goal.

Usually friendly service and good drive thru but they sometimes lack attention to detail and forget major parts of an order because a few of the staff there are lackadaisical. I've noticed that the two older African American supervisors usually forget items in my orders. I also noticed that my online orders always seem to be screwed up in one way or another and I'm usually forced to wait way longer than even other Doordash/online orders. I understand that I have to wait for large orders (more than 2 meals in an order) but to not acknowledge someone who has been standing by their pick up register for a while it's kind of annoying. Last time I went there I ordered through the drive-thru and was charged for the order of the guy in front of me and mine. And to top it off the one African American supervisor guy gave me my meal but forgot another entire meal and I had to drive back and ask for that missing meal. Please start paying attention to what you guys are doing so you don't cost people money for your mistakes.

I loved the chick-fil-a chicken nuggets. Got a 12 piece box and they were super delicious as well as the waffle fries. I would definitely order more items from this facility. Keep up the great job!!!

First time eating at Chick-fil-A must say it was the most efficient and pleasant staff I ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Had a chicken sandwich wich was delicious and extremely moist. There sauce tasted good but the ingredients were extremely unhealthy. Will look for other options or eat it without sauce. Sorry but there is just to reason to be adding corn syrup to sauce. Thanks for the pleasant experience and I will be back.
