The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and our waitress made sure everything was made to order. Would recommend! The food was fresh and hot.

Make sure the pizza crust isn’t soggy and my toppings stay on my pizza. Make sure my food isn’t burnt and my boxes aren’t half smashed when they arrive at my house. Make sure the delivery driver doesn’t just dump my items out of his bag. I’m not one to complain so I ate my pizza anyway but I will not be ordering for a very long time

My problem today was the Pizza Hut app. I tried repeatedly to login, but could not, even after changing password more than once, so finally had to order as a guest. The pizza was great, as usual!

I ordered the Detroit pizza it is new, I will be straightforward I ordered it close to close. I then received a call about 2 minutes after I placed my order asking me if I wanted to "cancel my order" not replace my order because "they did not at the Detroit crossed for the rest of the night, today." I asked if it was g"one for good" he said "no I'll have it tomorrow" It is awkward silence for a second, and said "well, can I have a large pepperoni and cheese instead?". I received a very lightly cooked medium pizza, sadly, this is the most overpriced medium pizza. And no recipt..It's kind of disheartening how i"nconvenienced" the worker was. I was not rude, and, I have had this "out for the day" issue multiple times, this time, the pizza is not very good. I had to cooked it a little more..I was looking forward to the Detroit style pizza as well... Too bad it was an inconvenience for the workers...

Used to be good, quality is slipping. As it's the only delivery place in town I order Pizza Hut frequently and usually they've been good, but over the past few weeks the quality of everything has been getting worse. Nearly every time I order wings it's obvious they haven't even shaken the container and there isn't enough sauce, when I order the Quepapas they FREQUENTLY forget the cup of ranch sauce, when I order the salads it's very inconsistent as whether or not the croutons are already on the salad or in a cup of I even get any at all. And TODAY I ordered a pizza and it arrived all screwed up! I don't even know how you mess up a pizza this bad. Extremely disappointed. I pay a $3.29 delivery fee for this? Also 80% of the time my single delivery instruction of "please don't knock" is ignored. Only reason they're still in business must be they're the only delivery here.

Give me what I ordered. I hate to complain, but I ordered extra sauce, and I did not get it. I also work in the restaurant industry . I really do understand a slip up. It is not the end of the world on that. The crust on the Edge was soggy , and limp when I got home , being 5 min from home to the restaurant. So I was a little disappointed, but lucky I was hungry , it was nice not to half to cook. I will not be getting the Edge again. I will try something else. Thinking back I should have put it in my oven for a short time, to crisp it up a bit, that might have worked. I will put it like this if I would have had the extra sauce I ordered and the crust was crispy, The Pizza would have been a 10. One thing I will mention tho, the people that work there are always the Best , I would give them a 15 out of 10. So all in all the Pizza a 5, and the people a 15 you still come out with a average score of a 10 out of 10. So it was the people who helped make the grade. I am happy about that, And Pizza Hut should be happy about that. Your Employees make me want to come back. So not really a complaint , just a side note. I will still recommend The Hut.
