I made an oil change appointment with Scruggs for my first visit cause I have a buddy that goes there. Oil change and everything went smooth but when they were backing my jeep out of the garage the door of the garage was slightly down and they backed into it with my jeep. No big deal, they offered a new hardtop and I wasn’t worried. I had to bring the jeep back up a week later anyway for a tire carrier replacement and then I was told the most they could do is get it painted. Still, no big deal. It was getting fixed. They didn’t have the tire carrier that day so they ended up having my jeep for 2 days without anything being repaired on it other than the old carrier being removed (they kept my spare at the shop). When I returned home from the shop I realized they left all the carrier bolts on my bumper and 3 of them were lodged between the body panel and rear bumper. They informed me the carrier was ordered and shipped and that they would set up the paint when they got the carrier so they could do everything at once. 3 weeks and multiple calls later I finally was told I could drop it off for everything to be done to it. It took a few days longer than expected but no harm. I was told it was ready for pick up and upon arrival I found my jeep had no spare. I asked about it and they took me to a room with random wheels and mine was not there. My spare was found out in the shop laying on the ground. So they threw it on quick and I left. When I got to the nearest gas station I found that the hub cap was missing from my spare (it was on the wheel at the shop when they threw it on). Upon arriving home I found that there were some scrapes and scratches on my spare as well. Overall I feel more damage than repair was done to my jeep. I am all about giving second chances and I understand things happen but at this point I don’t know if it would be worth another appointment. The current GM has been great in helping me through the issues but it feels like the mechanics could do a better job at paying attention and caring for the vehicles they are working on. I wouldn’t not choose Scruggs because these were 2 freak issues but it is still somewhat worrisome. I hope this is brought to the attention of the mechanics and they care for the customers vehicles more in the future. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had my brakes done there. The waiting room is clean. There are complimentary drinks, and the people working there are very friendly. A week after my brakes were done, I heard a scraping noise coming from my front left wheel. I called and Chris answered. He was friendly and helpful. He explained they were booked solid for a few days… but told me to drop it off and he’d make sure to get to it quickly. In Buffalo, we use word of mouth for wings and pizza. Let’s do it for good garages too. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Service: Brakes

Scruggs always takes great care of me. If I end up needing to be towed in they know my truck give me a call and take care the issues right away. One of the few shops that can mount balance and align large offset tires. This is my go to shop from now on. Scruggs is awesome, I have a jeep sport wrangler an this is where I've been taking my baby for all her repairs. The team is super friendly an really great with their communication. I've never had any problems an everytime my baby comes back to me better than before. I would hands down always recommend Scruggs especially for jeep owners. Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Being new to the Jeep world I didn't know how to put on a soft top. I purchased a new soft top for my jeep from online and took my jeep there to have it installed. Chris, the manager and his techs did a great job and upon me picking it up the tech, Cameron i believe his name was, came out and showed me how the new top worked as it was completely different then what I had on previous. Would definitely recommend them.

Took 2 vehicles in for inspections on the same day. Everything was great!! Both vehicles were taken care of promptly. Communication from their end was greatly appreciated with appointment reminders and completion of work. Contact with all employees on-site was pleasant and professional. I had heard good things about Scruggs and decided to take my Jeep there to have some modifications done. The GM Chris sat down with me and walked me through a variety of options I could choose from. His experience and input was extremely helpful. He ordered all the parts etc and called when they had all arrived to set up the appt to install everything. They did a great job and I couldn’t be happier with the way my Jeep looks and handles now. I’ll definitely continue to use Scruggs for all my future work on it. Highly recommend. Scruggs does really nice clean work as well as provides an entire diagnostic of the whole car. The user friendly site where you can accept or deny any fixes they may perform along with prices, is amazing and definitely not something you get with any other shop I’ve been to. They are organized and comprehensive with pictures and videos of the specific issues they are referring to. Unfortunately I was working within a strict budget so I did end up denying a lot but it gave me a good picture of what may need done in the future. Speaking of budget, they worked with me on every question I had and any ways to save money. I truly would recommend them to anyone, thank you for the work Scruggs! My Jeep is a happy Jeep again!
