Drive through is convenient. Gentlemen working there was friendly, perhaps a little too friendly, but I would go back to drop off more goods.

This location in Fairport, NY is a drop off location only. Disappointed as I thought it was an actual store. Was still able to drop off clothes quickly in their drive thru though.

Today I visited this location to donate everything from toys to clothes for families in need and the rudeness from the 2 "gentlemen" working the drive up at this location was appalling. They acted like I was bothering them because I wanted to drop off donations. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this location.

Not fond of the changes in pricing. Some items aren't worth the same as others. In addition, they are selling items you can get from Walmart at regular prices without informing they are regular price. You dont realize it until you go to pay. Wouldn't be a problem if I knew ahead of time.

It's painful to be treated so rudely when a simple thank you would do and to have the fresh, clean items you're trying to donate handled carelessly.

Staff is very helpful. Lines move fast. The selection of items is incredible! From Vera Bradley bags to Wedding dresses! You will be amazed of what you will find here. I highly recommend it. The store is a bit on the small side and always full but its definitely worth the trip
