I was looking to open accounts with debit cards for my kids but All the banks I called refused to issue debit cards to any one under 18 except Chase. Upon speaking with her over the phone during our 1st conversation i immediately felt relieved and comfortable. She set up and appointment for us and we went in and she helped us through the entire process Including the online setup and passwords.
