One star for the abrupt unsolicited "help" from the cashier who reached over me as I was at self-checkout, to select "print" receipt. I didn't even have a chance to choose FOR MYSELF because he literally pounced on me, but I guess he figured I wasn't going to pay for my purchase.

This cvs is awful. One of the employees signed me up for a monthly subscription Care Pass without my knowledge. My number had changed so I needed a new extra care card. He took it upon himself to just open a membership that is charged under the guise of being helpful. NEVER shop here.

Beware of this CVS. When I was checking out the manager told me he could get me 20% off my items he just needed my email address. I thought he was just signing me up for an email list I could later cancel. Little did I know he was registering me for CarePass, a monthly charged membership. If I could give 0 I would. They offer no advice or direction. There needs to be a new pharmacy manager. The pharmacy desk attendants' behavior is bad. They ask you which medication you need out loud so everyone can hear and will send you in multiple directions between the insurance company and doctors office to avoid calling themselves.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Rather than asking of someone needs help, the staff quickly clicks buttons on the self checkout for you before you can enter your rewards card number. This was done with no communication from the staff member who did this. Add that to the terrible parking lot or challenging street parking, makes it pointless to shop here.

Had a 5:30 appointment for over a week for my covid shot. I got here at 5pm and was told there is a lot of people in line you may not get seen today. I asked if they are excepting walk ins and the response was no. So if everyone has an appointment why are we all scheduled at the same time so we have to sit here for 2 hr to be seen. Very unorganized

Took a dump, washed my hands, flossed, water picked, and brushed my teeth. Plus, waited for 5 minutes. Total wait time on the phone 14 minutes! Rediculous! CVS is greedy to have just 2 people most of the time. One to serve customers where there is always a long line. And, one person to fill prescriptions. Their people always look tired, over worked, and unhappy. One can see it in their faces.

I placed an order to be delivered and when it arrived, one of the medications was missing. I called about it, waited on hold, spoke to someone and they said it would be ready for pickup within an hour. 2 hours later i arrived to pick up the missing medication. Waited in line, when i got to the front i was presented with the wrong medication - one that i am no longer taking, which i had already advised them to cancel several times. They then told me the one i actually needed was delayed, give them 10 minutes. I got back in line and waited another 20 minutes. As I waited i overheard several other customers also having problems. I regret that this is the closest pharmacy to me.. I’ve given them 3 or 4 chances but ever single time something has been messed up. Sorry.

The pharmacy staff are very helpful, in person; however, there is no excuse for leaving phone calls on park for unacceptable lengths of time, as they regularly do. Recently, I called regarding difficulty refilling diabetes treatment equipment. After being on hold for *30 minutes* I drive to the store, still waiting on hold. I arrived to the store to find that there was one pharmacy customer being helped, and the automated system announcing that one call (mine) was on hold. After another 15 minutes of ignoring the call, one of the staff members disconnected it. I waited 45 minutes, only to be hung up on. As I am typing this, I have been on hold for nearly 25 minutes. Unacceptable.
