Do not use this pharmacy for your prescription. Prescription is never filled even though I get alerts saying that it’s ready for pick up. Terrible pharmacy technicians. Avoid at all costs. Very rude. Keeps you on hold for over an hour.

The worse CVS location in the area by far, customers are treated like robbers. A big range of products are locked, specially ethnical and female care products I had to wait 15min before an employee shows up to unlock a shelve. At this rate it would take hours to get couple of products. I will be going to other stores in the future.

This pharmacy doesn't fill prescriptions until you show up to ask for them, regardless of when they received them. If you show up expecting your prescription to be ready, and it's out of stock or not ready, too bad. They won't tell you ahead of time. They'll treat you like you're an inconvenience. This isn't a one off thing - I've never shown up to this CVS and gotten my prescription (usually a day or two after it was called in) without waiting 30 minutes or more, and that's if I'm not just told to come back another day. Maybe I'm the dumb one for continuing to go back to this location. This is the first Google review I've ever left for any business, if that tells you anything. Just don't use this pharmacy.

Funny that people mention racism in their reviews, I was a victim of reverse racism and agism. I'm a middle aged white woman, went to drop off a prescription this morning for my diabetic cat, not a single solitary soul was in line. There were three people behind the counter, none of whom seemed particularly busy. I'm waiting 5 minutes, 10, 15. Young black woman walks up to the pick up counter and was seen immediately. I'm like wtaf! I left, will never go back there again! Thanks CVS for your professionalism, racism and agism!

Do not use this pharmacy. I have been patient but enough is enough. The lead pharmacist, Kelechi, is a liar and the worst kind of person you could ever encounter. At the beginning of March my doctor sent in a prescription and I was told it was out of stock but that it could be ordered. I waited a week and reached out to the pharmacy by phone only to get no response. I had to physically go to the store only to be told it was on back order and I should go to another pharmacy. I told Kelechi since it’s already been ordered, I would continue to wait. I got really sick and ended up in the hospital for two weeks and I really needed my medicine at this point. When I went into the store today (4/4/22) Kelechi pretended to not know who I was or what prescription I needed. He proceeded to tell me that I had canceled the request for this medication, which I hadn’t. When I didn’t back down on my claims of not canceling my prescription he told me that he never got the prescription in the first place which doesn’t make sense. How would I cancel a request for a medication that you never got a prescription for? Pick a lie to tell me Kelechi. I left the store angry and frustrated but returned later in the day to talk to a different pharmacist. He confirmed that my prescription was no longer there but the medication they specifically ordered for me had come in but since I didn’t have a prescription, of course, he couldn’t dispense it. I have strong suspicions that Kelechi deleted my prescription completely out of their system. The pharmacist explained that if I really had canceled my prescription as Kelechi first stated I did, he would still be able to see it. I’ve never left a review about any place before but this is something that needs to be addressed. People like myself are ill and need certain medications to survive and the fact that pharmacists like Kelechi are lying, gaslighting their patients, not filling prescriptions, and withholding medications is cruel. He should not be in this line of work. So I’d just like to reiterate, do not use this pharmacy.

Today I was followed around the store, by a female Manager, as if I was going to steal. This not the first time this has occurred, and I've witnessed other black customers being followed, and overbearingly being watched, at self checkout. This CVS location practices racial profiling, which is a disgustingly unethical act. It's a shame that a patron does not feel welcome in their own local community store. Discrimination is 100% unacceptable. DO BETTER CVS!!

I went to the pharmacy today with my sister to get the free n95 masks. However, the lady who worked in the pharmacy (middle-aged white woman) would only give us a total of 3. She adamantly refused our request for 3 masks each and stated it was 3 masks per family. Maybe the pharmacy staff at this location need additional training if they don't know the Department of Health and Human Services states that "every person is allowed up to 3 free masks". I'm not sure what they are doing with the extra masks.

ELDERLY AND CARETAKERS BEWARE NOT NOT USE THIS CVS The pharmacy is horrible and in need of desperate competent employees. My prescriptions are never ready on time. EVER I wait almost a week 6 days exactly for a prescription. AFTER receiving 3 texts that my prescription was ready for pick up, only to arrive and be told it was not ready and it would be the next day. THIS HAPPENED FOR 3 DAYS IN A ROW!!! Then I was told it was out of stock and had to wait 3 more days to get it in stock. 6 days without my medication could have been much worse. Especially if I was a older member of society with health issues like blood pressure medicine.

I came here to pick up my prescription, and I was told it would take them 20 minutes to fill it for me. I took a seat in front of the pharmacy and waited well past the 20 minutes that was estimated. Then I asked them for a status update and they said, "Oh it has been ready for you." They forgot to tell me, and they would have happily kept me waiting there if I hadn't asked about my prescription. Bear in mind, there were only 2 customers at the pharmacy at any given moment including myself, so the pharmacy was not busy. I don't know why anyone would choose this CVS over the Giant pharmacy next door where you can get competent service and get your grocery shopping done at the same time.

It's inside Blair shopping center. Best - 24/7 so you can hit it most nights. Pharmacy is until 10 PM but for me it's ok. Parking is plenty but be mindful about maximum parking time - it was an issue in the past and you can still get towed. Good - this location has a US passport photo services open during COVID.
