The Pharmacist was unhelpful. I asked the pharmacist to recommend me a pain relief that doesn’t take 1 min to tell me but he told me to wait for him for 5 min b/c he was doing something and I said okay and waited for 30 min once to see if he would help me. the cashier reminds him of when she saw me, and his response like don’t ask me I know what to do a thing. I had a bad experience anyway thanks to google I found my eye relief

Pharmacy extremely unhelpful - I chose them because I thought they'd be more reliable than a delivery service. Boy was I wrong. They make it very hard to pick up your prescriptions and they're overpriced on top of that. If my medications were important for survival id be dead right now

All cvs pharmacies can be a little frustrating with lines and cvs rules about meds but Daniel is amazing and is the only reason I still come to cvs at all. I now drive 30 mins to go to this pharmacy because of him. Wish more workers were like Daniel.

I don’t know what has happened but this pharmacy has become terrible over the last few months. I have been getting my prescriptions here for years, as it is the closest pharmacy to my house, but now it is almost impossible to get in contact with them without going in and talking to them in person. If they don’t hang up on you when you call then you are on hold for HOURS. This is no exaggeration. I actually waited two hours once to see if they would eventually pick up the phone. This has happened multiple times over the last month. It is very frustrating as I get notifications from the robot caller that my medication isn’t ready and if I need it immediately I should call them to get it transferred elsewhere. After attempting to call and getting nowhere it is beyond frustrating to walk in there and have them not only say they DO have the medication in stock but it will be ready in 10 minutes. To top it off, when I have tried to make a delivery order they have also forgotten half of my order and marked it as complete! I don’t know what has changed but it is ridiculous. Hopefully this review and the others like this one will be seen by someone who can make a change for the better.

The pharmacy here is a complete nightmare. They don't pick up the phone and service in store is very slow. Today was the last straw for me. I had an appointment for a flu shot and waited 20 minutes before leaving to get to work. The pharmacy manager said they were short staffed but didn't say I'd be waiting all morning. Why not just cancel my appointment? Or tell me when I got there they couldn't do it? There were no other customers there almost the entire time and the guy just worked on prescriptions instead of getting my shot out of the way. I walked out when another customer came to the counter and was helped right away. I hate that Aetna forces me to use CVS, otherwise I'd stick with Walgreens. At least I'll try a different cvs now.. Never coming here again even though it's closest to me.

You can’t get anyone on the phone at the pharmacy, they just pick up and say please hold and then make you sit there for over an hour. (They did this to me 3 times!) It’s absolutely frustrating and ridiculous! Corporate needs to step in here on getting the pharmacy up to par. I’m switching to Walgreens going forward.

This pharmacy did not care about my medical outcomes. My post surgical pain medicine was rejected because the pharmacist read the prescription wrong. Now I am sitting here in pain because they couldn’t be bothered to call my doctor or attempt to resolve the situation. They are understaffed and uncaring. I am moving all of my business away from CVS after this experience.

Horrible customer service. No one at registers and minute clinic paying attention to people waiting to be helped because they're just on their phones. The lines are so long that there is no way to do social distancing. My appointment was at 3:45 and I didn't get seen until 5:20 because they only had 1 person giving vaccines. But when I finally got seen they were so slow that 5 people behind me got a shot before I even got a shot.

I never write reviews but I’m pretty fed up with the prescription counter at this pharmacy. They never have enough people working and there’s always a long wait, even with a short line. The pharmacist is a really nice guy but frequently has a long line of people waiting with no one around to help him. Don’t even bother trying to get through by phone - they’ll put you on hold and never come back.

The pharmacy technicians have talk in slang and have terrible communication skills - very easy to tell that they're poorly educated. I was on hold for 45+ minutes, so I decided to drive to the pharmacy to speak with someone directly since reaching them by phone seemed impossible. I stayed on the phone, on hold, while driving. I walked into the pharmacy where there was no line, nobody waiting to be helped... just a very lazy, miserable looking woman shuffling through paperwork for a few minutes before she finally bothered to look up and "greet me" with an extremely welcoming "Name and DOB?"
