Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We just got a blue tongued Skink and the woman working there was so nice and answered all of our questions and gave some great advice! Great store with lots of variety for lots of different pets

The store opens at 9 am and closes at 6pm except for sunday's in which it closes at 4pm. One of the reasons that makes this store so special is that It's the only one in the area that carries the Tuckers' Raw frozen food for dogs.

BEST pet store ever. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the cats and dogs that roam freely inside. Petco and Pet Smart don't hold a candle to this wonderful shop. We love Northern Bear!!

This is a dog lover’s paradise! Every brand available, and samples made it easier to decide which chow to give my Tx rescue. They also carry the best selection of supplements, which have augmented the quality of life for my 16 yo senior. Staff is helpful and always pleasant. Always a nice experience, and pets are welcome!

Very warm and inviting atmosphere here. I don’t live locally but was in the area with work and needed to stop by for live crickets for a clients pet reptile. The two women who were running the store were kind and friendly and helpful in assisting me in purchasing said crickets. I know nothing of this world of pet ownership, so the help was taken with gratitude. Would recommend!

Hello my name is Jerry And I have to just complement the staff at Northern Bear Pet Food and Supplies as they were totally awesome people when I stopped by for the 1st time on Friday, March 19, 2021. I have a male 5 1/2-year-old Shih Tzu who has very difficult separation anxiety however, he is an awesome pet and family member to me. My life has recently changed in the last year and now I live alone with my little dog Milo. He has been having a very hard time when I was leaving to go to work daily as I have a small local business. I was just searching for some helpful answers to help him not be so anxious when I have to leave for work in the morning times. Both the women that assisted me yesterday at this establishment were totally awesome. They were both so extremely helpful, patient,and kind. These (2) Women are true assets to this organization. Thank you very much and keep your fingers crossed that this CBD Oil that I’m trying on Milo will help him and we will be sure to stop by and let you meet Milo in the near future. Thanks so much for all your help.

Great “mom and pop” pet store that has all your needs for your animal. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They will order stuff for you if they don’t carry a certain product. Very accommodating. Have a very sweet collection of store pets that welcome you each visit!

I moved into the area and needed a new pet store that sold the more premium kinds of cat food. They have a nice selection of food and supplies and I got what I went for. The best part are the feline employees! I met 3 cats, Little Bear was super friendly and followed me around a bit and I couldn't help but pet him a bunch. The staff I encountered we're friendly as well.
