Smaller than I expected but excellent service- really excellent. My saleswoman, I think her name was Anna, or maybe Anita took thevtime to reallyvexplore my needs and be there to help. As I am just restating finding lessons after a recent stroke, I needed a lot of help. The owner ( I think it was the owner ) was also very accommodating. I'd definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I placed an online order for a Barbour rain coat that was on final sale. I called to make sure it was in stock. A nice woman verified everything for me, and it was then packaged nicely in a sturdy box and shipped quickly to me here in Virginia! Needed a pair of riding chaps and I’m so glad this store was around! Being new to riding, I had no clue what was an appropriate fit, (thicker calves and short legs). The ladies here measured and found a great pair for me with better than online store prices! I also ended up buying a pair of paddock boots to go with the chaps. Definitely recommend this store!

Very good, extensive selection of items at good prices. Wonderful, caring customer service from a knowledgeable staff. Have always guided me into properly fitting breeches, coats, tall boots, show clothes, horse clothing and even every-day wear for myself and my children. Guide us well into what we really need. Even items for the dogs. And, if they do not have an item in stock, they have gone out of their way to make sure we get the right item. Have learned the hard way to shop only there.

North Shore Saddlery really went above and beyond. I originally purchased an incorrect size for a pair of moccasins and called to exchange. Sarah was extremely helpful, and even called Barbour directly and arranged for them to send the size I needed when it was unavailable. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a great customer experience. A++

This is the BEST place to shop for Tailored Sportsman breeches. They always have a huge selection of all the newest breech colors! And they have a ton of different styles. This is the only place that I have been able to find the colors with tan knee patches in both side zip and front zip breeches.

North Shore Saddlery is the BEST tack shop on Long Island! They carry a wide variety of riding boots, helmets, clothing and riding accessories. All of their prices are very reasonable and they have a huge selection of products to choose from. Some of my horse's best and favorite items have come from this store. The customer service is great, they always go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need!
