Smaller than I expected but excellent service- really excellent. My saleswoman, I think her name was Anna, or maybe Anita took thevtime to reallyvexplore my needs and be there to help. As I am just restating finding lessons after a recent stroke, I needed a lot of help. The owner ( I think it was the owner ) was also very accommodating. I'd definitely go back. ~Jeff

Poor work, even worse customer service. The owner, Brian, thinks telling customers to "F off" is the way to run a business. Have never worked with someone as unprofessional and disrespectful. ~Arthur

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. RUDE RUDE RUDE , UNETHICAL AND MAKE THEIR OWN RULES & PRICES to the other locations. Have been a customer of the main location for years, ordering many custom extravagant cakes. They charge double the price at East Norwich location and the staff is beyond rude to the point the designer and manager won’t even come out of the back to talk to you or pick up your phone call. Then my entire family got covid I had to cancel my party, I called 2 days in advanced of the pick up to cancel and they get on phone and tell me it has to be 24 hours in advanced for a cancellation and they won’t refund me. Arguing and screaming at me. Stupid & rude!!! Have gone to this location now multiple times and have the same horrible experience every time even just getting cookies. Went to Levittown yesterday and the experience was totally enjoyable… very sad that this location is ruining what was a very good brand. ~Blake

Nicole is the sweetest, she was so attentive and caring. I am amazed at the great job she did with my hair color, no one else has gotten it right from the first try. I had my blond hair back without any red pigments. Nicole is a real professional, and I would highly recommend her. Thanks Nicole I can't stop saying that "I'm in love with my hair. In addition, the other girls at the salon were also very friendly and caring, I loved the family oriented environment that the owner Tanya creates... you can tell the girls are happy working with her.
