This place used to be great pre pandemic, they used to have a line down the block. Not sure what changed but the workers all seem to have a chip on their shoulder, just rude for no reason. Car wash was fine but I can spend my money elsewhere.

Great car wash. I get the monthly and it's totally worth it. After come out of the car wash they take care of your car as if they are detailing it. They really take their time and do a great job.

Worst car wash ever. Manager and staff have a major attitude. Car comes out dirty and if you ask them to spot clean, The cleaners are annoyed or offended. I will take my business elsewhere.

We have used the Woodbury Royal Car Wash for many years. Sure, the washing equipment does a good job, but they are the best with the followup cleaning. A tip - the wash looks good longer even in winter with the Super Wash RainX option. That is the only one I get.

Don’t Go!!!! I’m a Long-time customer who purchased their VIP package to clean the interior and exterior of the car. After getting back into the car after the car was washed, there was an offensive odor. Could it be the chemicals they used? Maybe a dirty rag that was used to wipe down the seats? Not sure what the cause was but I did ask the manager Bill/Bob and I was told instantly, it wasn’t their fault. Didn’t even look at the car. Just said over and over, “It’s not their fault”. Very Poor Customer Service. Would Never Ever go back. If they tried to help, I wouldn’t be writing this. They could not care about their customers.

Quick service but at a price. I arrived an hour before the closing time shown on Google but was the last car washed before closing. Sure seems like they were rushing to get out as there was still bird poop on car, crumbs in the crease of my seats and the remnants of bugs all over my front end. After spending a decent amount on a wash I feel my money could be spent better elsewhere.

This is the best car wash ever. I don’t understand why they are not five stars? They take their time and there’s a crew working on your car for at least 20 minutes. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve had in many carwashes across the country and Long Island.
