Vendor never delivered my tires when promised. Had to wait 3 additional days to get my worn tires changed. I was told that my wait time would be 30-45 minutes. It was more than an hour.

I needed an oil change and an inspection on my car. Almost every autobody shop I have gone to has robbed me when an inspection is needed. Telling me I need this or that or I won't pass inspection. Meanwhile my cars are leased and brand new. JJ Miles didn't take advantage of me and didn't break the bank! Will use again and recommend!

I had them put a starter in my truck so they took out the old starter put the new starter without side by side test... The new one was way to big and they still installed charged me twice so I'll pay over $200+ to install a starter.......

I know a lot of people, well I assume a lot of people are worried about getting ripped off from Auto repair shops. But I must say this place was very good they took care of my car problem and then I had another problem they took care of that. They did a very good job in a timely manner. I never compared prices from other places because I didn't feel that I needed to. I will definitely be going back there for my next issue
