I have been a member at this location for quite awhile. Professional staff/trainer is super friendly during staffed hours. I visit mostly weekday mornings early AM and it's un-staffed then. FYI...You can change the TV channels but NOT the music, which plays the same songs every single day. Facility is mostly clean except for the mirrors. Room temperature is crazy hot and stuffy when it's hot outside. Equipment is in good shape and sanitizer spray is readily available for wiping down the equipment after you use it.

I love the gym itself and the hours, but the contract and monthly pricing is ridiculous. Paying $42 a month is pricey, and you’re stuck in a contract so you are unable to leave unless you want to pay $500. I’d be using this gym if it was $20-$30 a month with no contract, unfortunately I had to pay $500 to get out of the contract.

The cleanest and most organized gym I've ever been to. Tons of equipment and it's all in very good shape. Great atmosphere and friendly environment.

Outstanding. Highly reccomended. I was in Lake George for the week. Needed to train. Called James and he said to come over. I met James and he walked me around. Trained here two days. The premise was immaculate and Covid compliant. The daily fee is reasonable. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Everything I needed to kerp me in the game. TRAIN FOR LIFE

I tried to reach out to cancel my membership and they refused to ever get back to me about it. So they have caused me to collect so much debt from them because they refused to reach back out to me.

Legitimate 5 stars. I've been a member of Anytime for about 6 years total, across a few home gyms, and have been to many others in 4 States now. It's a good size, with a good variety of equipment. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and will go out of their way for you. Bathrooms and gym areas are always clean and we'll maintained, which is more than I can say for others I've been to. Seems like something should be done with the super long hallway though lol. Maybe a rock wall?? Also my favorite as a gym company. One of the only ones that's TRULY open 24/7.

I'm rating this facility only three stars because as the facility itself is great, the prices are way too high and I was denied the ability to take my service dog in with me by the manager(not the owners or other Anytime in Glens Falls) which is illegal under the ADA. Update: under new management now :)

The blond woman who works here is very disrespectful. I was asked to leave in a rude manner just for using my mother's key because I forgot mine. Will not being using this facility again. Very poor customer service.
