Cashier was the most friendly man that I have experienced in a very long time. He was caring and knowledgeable about the products and genuinely enjoyed his job. A+

Most of the time everyone here is so nice. The store is usually nice and clean. The front Cashiers are usually very nice. They Don't always have my scripts ready in a timely manner. But the last couple times they were ready in less than 30 minutes and the lady in the pharmacy was super nice and seemed so happy to do her job. Which isn't always the case. The one pharmacist-Jason- not so great. I had a whole ordeal with him that last several weeks to get fixed. And not once did he apologize for his actions which were out of line. I've had several issues with pharmacy in this location and the fact. Most of the issues I've had with this location could have been prevented if they actually communicated with their customers. And if Jason actually did his job instead of refusing to fill scripts that had 1 refill left and making his own rules.

I love this Rite Aid. The people working in the store are very nice and always helpful. The pharmacy workers are not as nice. I realize they are busy but if you don't like your job you should quit.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Pharmacy workers are rude and ignorant. I am 3 months pregnant and this pharmacy gave me the run around for two days, about a prescription that they weren’t competent enough to realize THEY were billing my contraceptive card instead of my actual prescription card! After receiving an fax from my insurance company stating the prescription was covered this pharmacy insisted coverage was still rejected. I personally along with my insurance company called the pharmacy together to handle this urgent matter and was informed “they were to busy to handle this now”. No wonder Walgreens brought out Rite Aid either way I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! Oh after I pick up my prescription that was covered! I wonder what would of happened if this was a life or death situation GOODBYE RITE AID!

Did not notify us about their change in accepting our daughters insurance until 5 hours after the script was sent over. All in all it took 7 hours to get a two year old her medication after we had to get it sent over to a different pharmacy. Avoid at all costs if you want your scripts in a timely matter
