Best greeting card shop in Lackawanna, New York (NY) 2024

Most of the time everyone here is so nice. The store is usually nice and clean. The front Cashiers are usually very nice. They Don't always have my scripts ready in a timely manner. But the last couple times they were ready in less than 30 minutes and the lady in the pharmacy was super nice and seemed so happy to do her job. Which isn't always the case. The one pharmacist-Jason- not so great. I had a whole ordeal with him that last several weeks to get fixed. And not once did he apologize for his actions which were out of line. I've had several issues with pharmacy in this location and the fact. Most of the issues I've had with this location could have been prevented if they actually communicated with their customers. And if Jason actually did his job instead of refusing to fill scripts that had 1 refill left and making his own rules. ~Samantha
