Decent $10 pizza, too much sauce on it though and I like the Central Square Fastracs much more and pretty much and Circle K/Byrne Dairy.

This place has definitely gone down hill recently. I have loved the $10 pizza and whatever toppings you want. For over a year I have been getting a half buffalo chicken half chicken bacon ranch and now all of a sudden it is a big deal and am told that they should never have made it for me. Very bad customer service

Be nice if pump towards the Baldwinsville side would pump the proper amount of gas that your charged for 10.00 in should be the same on the gallons as the price on the pump not less

Staff was very rude. Pumps are really slow. Half the receipt printers on pumps don’t work and you are made to feel like you are disturbing staff when asking for one. Outside is not lighted well.

I ordered a Detroit pizza with meat I received a undercooked cheese pizza order no. 28322 it was plain garbage it went from the box to the trash. NEVER AGAIN. Who ever cook it ? Should be fired!!!!!

Ordered pizza at this one and it some how got sent to the wrong location and these people were down right NASTY and RUDE refused to call the other location and cancel the order and make my pizza there will NEVER go back there again

If I could give it a zero I would. I called the store in advance, spoke with the assistant manager and asked if they had any Chinese lanterns or what they refer to as sky lanterns because I had been looking all over town and no one had them in stock, including the other Fastrac down the street on 57. I explained to him that it was my best friends birthday tomorrow (6/29/18) and that he had passed away a year and 1/2 ago. The assistant manager said yeah we have plenty of them. So I picked them up - $23.00 worth. On 6/29/18 we wrote happy birthday to David and some other things. When it came time to light these suckers the first one was starting to catch air and lift. The next thing I know it falls to the ground and catches fire - we had to stomp it out. The second one with my hand writing on it and my uncles 3rd one went up without any issues. The 4th one goes up - straight up, starts to go east and within 30 seconds went completely down and fell into a tree, which almost caught fire. I call the same store and speak with the same assistant manager. I explain everything to him and asked him for a refund on 2 sky lanterns that I didn’t open and the 2 that almost caused a fire and burnt to the ground... he says “yeah, come in if you have the receipt. I’ll take you on your word.” Meaning he didn’t need to see my pictures or videos and that he believes me. I told him I had the burnt one in the trash and the other one was at least 5 blocks down from my house. So he took me for my “word” even though I had pictures/videos of all the lanterns going up. I get to the store, tell the cashier I just spoke to the assistant manager about my return for 4 lake lanterns. She takes 10 minutes to go grab the manager but instead came back and told me there was some sort of miscommunication and she could only refund 2. Wow. Suck a dick. Go to the Fastrac on 57 guys.

This Fast Trac has always helped me out. The staff is kind and willing to assist you. The gas prices are lower than competition within a mile or two.

Fastrac market cafe is more than a gas station. Pumps are great with pay at pump and have ethanol free blends. Pumps are well lit at night and easy in out although its a busy intersection. Inside is clean and staff is courteous. Food made onsite looks good and what ive eaten is ok. New offers all the time. Store has all conveniences, restroom, coffee, drinks, snacks, lottery tickets etc
