GOOD old fashioned service (personal not robotic) still exists! We found Patterson’s billboard after leaving a much larger Amish mall spot with mysteriously “busy” sales people (hardly any other shoppers were in there). Beautiful selection at Patterson’s and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable folks. Caleb took time to ask about our likes & then helped us select what the mall big shots acted like they couldn’t be bothered with. He even remembered us when he and a helper delivered our furniture months later. They efficiently and politely brought things to our home hours away and assembled it in a snap. We’ll shop there again and recommend this place to everyone we can.

My table and chairs and bench just came!! John and Caleb were wonderful. They came in the pouring rain and set it up in no time. Very professional. Told my everything I needed to know about care of the furniture. Love everything about it. Would recommend if you need quality furniture. Very well made

At Patterson’s my husband and I found beautiful, sturdy, well-made chairs for our dining table. They are so comfortable that no cushions are needed! Jason was helpful and patient as we deliberated on style and color. When the chairs were delivered, Caleb carefully unloaded and brought them inside. He has a friendly manner and he offered information about cleaning and caring for the chairs, even before I thought to ask about it. I would give them more stars if I could!

After shopping ALL DAY at a mega furniture mall in Hickory, NC and not finding what we wanted we moseyed on over to Morganton, NC, mainly to visit our favorite brewery (Catawba). We saw Pattersons Amish Furniture close by so we checked it out. It was just minutes until they closed but the amazing lady (Joyce) working there allowed us to come in stay past closing. We ended up buying 2 dressers, 2 nightstands and a custom wardrobe (actually ordered the wardrobe by email later) sending a photo of another brand that was of poor quality for them to replicate. After receiving the dressers and nightstands I can honestly say that this was the best money I ever spent. The quality is amazing. The soft close doors are wonderful. Every aspect was beyond our expectations. While the delivery guys were bringing in the furniture it took me some time to realize that the owner (who I hadn't met in person yet) was the delivery guy. A++ Business , A++ Quality , Totally Satisfied.

My husband & I have been looking at bedroom furniture for many years and planning for a major master suite overhaul. We chose our new bedroom suite several years ago, but life happened, and we had to put the purchase on hold. We finally completed our renovations this week, and got the suite ordered from Patterson's as promised. We chose the Dutch Country Collection in hickory, and it is absolutely beautiful! We couldn't be happier with it! Jason was very helpful and patient during the decision making process, giving us his undivided attention while we were at the store. Caleb & Christian were very professional, competent, and friendly in delivering the furniture. They added the felt pads to the bottoms as requested and were very careful with our new hardwood floors. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Patterson's!

We are very happy with our new counter height table and chairs. We were able to customize it to our liking. We picked out our wood, finish and fabrics. They were the only place who could give us everything we wanted. Patterson's was also the most reasonable.The quality is very good and Jason is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely worth the trip from Raleigh area. Caleb who delivered the table and chairs was very careful with bringing the furniture in and made sure to protect our floor. He showed us how to work the butterfly leaf and made sure we were happy before leaving. He was very friendly. It took awhile to get but with covid everything is back logged. I would recommend Patterson's anytime.

We got a beautiful live edge walnut table from Patterson's. The service was great, the employee was great about giving us multiple quotes on different tables, chairs, etc. They delivered super quick too, and the delivery guys, Jacob and John, were extremely careful with the table.

Beautiful quality made furniture. We found just the dining room table and chairs we had been searching for. We purchased the floor model so they were immediately available. Caleb delivered them right as scheduled a few days later and set it up for us. Both the owner of the store (Jason) and Caleb were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend the store and the furniture.
