Came at 1030 am still they where opening up employees running late using the same gloves to open doors smh i had to tell her you not goin to change gloves . . She says ohh am sorry very disappointed

2 hours after opening, the worker was not ready. When we went back 3 hours later, he sent us away. Very bad service.

Spanish gentlemen refused to give me tap water after spending $15 on food when I asked which is illegal in NYC. Will never be coming here again. Also filed a complaint with Subway.

This place is clean. The workers are courteous. Lisa is the manager. She is a very kind lady and makes all of her sandwiches as if she were making them for her very own children. This place is the best sandwiches in Queens Bridge! Ty so much! Alex

I went to this morning and one spanish guy there taking so long to make sandwiches he looks like doesn’t care about customers at all and I ask him give me fresh Italian bread and he said no he can’t. I told him those breads he trying to sale me old bread but he didn’t care and I walk away never come back here and I would like to tell others if you go for sandwiches please make sure they won’t sale you old sandwiches.

They never participate in any promos and they don't accept coupons at all --- even though they are in a low income neighborhood. They choose to cater to the tourists who have more money instead... oh AND they close about 15 minutes before their listed closing time.. which means at that point their only concern is not servicing customers but trying to get home. If you can eat elsewhere don't waste your money here

we stopped here this morning to get some breakfast subs but we experienced some truly terrible service. ads in front and in clearly saying breakfast available but when we ask for, young man said no breakfast (at 8:45). then wanted to get herbs & cheese subs but again not available. the best was the end when he said that we can't sit in as he will close the place soon... seriously??? suggest to review procedures at this branch because this is deep low location. recommending to avoid because staff could completely spoil your otherwise nice morning with his earphones in while working.
