Both the drive thru and instore experience are good. Very nice staff who get your order to you as fast as they can. Never had anything I haven't liked!

They were super friendly when I visited and they had everything that I ordered. I gave it four stars because the wait was super long. I would recommend visiting this location over some others I have been to.

Awesome window service around 6am this morning 9/1. Cheerful, apologetic staff, as the espresso machine was not working. The girl over the mic explained it so cheerfully, you had to understand and not gripe. She also assisted with selecting a cold brew that was strong in place of the one I wanted. This allowed the line to move faster at this busy time. EXCELLENT job! Wish I could give 1000 stars!

This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to my mother and I, so I know we will be shopping here again, but our experiences have been getting worse and worse. Even if we request a topping for a drink that is normally on the drink anyway, we often get them without it. I went in today and spent almost 20 minutes in the store, which I am not overly upset about due to it being a busy Monday morning. The cashier was nice, patient, and recorded my order properly. I hope nothing comes back on her, she did everything right and was the nicest cashier I have seen there. However, both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly despite our bag's receipt showing the correct order. I let the employees know, and when they went to fix our sandwiches, they were still incorrect. I told them a third time, and still our sandwiches were not made properly. I always order a sausage and cheese croissant with no egg, and I order two of these today, except one had egg. The first ones were both sausage and egg croissants, no cheese. They then just took the egg off, but off of both. Then they just added cheese. I just took the sandwiches since they were busy, and I didn't want to be more of a bother than I already was, but the fact that we waited roughly 20 minutes for an order that was made wrong to start and did not get fixed correctly after two verbal requests grates on me. I hope things improve in the future.

Every time I go here I hear the same thing. "We have a fresh pot brewing please wait" A. You should have told me that before I paid. B. Your Dunkin donuts, you sell coffee and donuts, how do you not have coffee ready to go at ALL TIMES? C. McDonald's is right across the street and will have coffee ready by the time you get to the window, the food is better to.
