I am a nurse who works night shift. I work 2 jobs and go to school. My time is limited. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions for myself around 5:50 PM, because that was when I could manage to get there with sleeping between shifts. The cashier at the pharmacy only gave me one of the 2 prescriptions I needed. When I asked about the other she said she couldn’t look for it because they were closing shortly. I asked if she could please look for it and she said no because they were closing in a few minutes. How long would it have taken to look for the other medicine? I would never at my job tell a patient, sorry my shift ends in a few minutes I can’t help you or I can’t give you your medicine.

Extremely disrespectful people working at the pharmacy!!!! Don’t waste your time going there it’s the dirtiest pharmacy I’ve ever been into you wouldn’t expect that in a town like Massapequa

How does a store as large as CVS not have supply of childrens Tylenol??? Massapequa store shame on you! When your child is sick , one does not want to have to go to multiple stores. There is no supply issue as Walgreens 2 blocks away had stock FULL!

I feel bad writing this review but it's amazing how many bad experiences I have had here. Aside from most of the staff being extremely rude or unwilling to help (if you can even find a worker)- they're constantly out of stock of pretty standard items. The dates way back (before Covid and shipping delays) so I cannot be blamed on that. One morning, I arrive two minutes before the open time needing to get medicine for a very sick friend. The store open 10 minutes late and didn't turn the lights on for another two minutes once I got in the store. I think they were just mad that I was there lol! Anyway there seems to be a new male manager there who is helpful and friendly. Just frustrating that twice this week I had to travel to Wantagh CVS when I live right up the road from here.

I read some of the reviews posted and I'd have to agree 100%. The store is very unorganized and everything just looks like it was placed anywhere. One person managing the whole front area and photos? Not to mention the rude attitude when assistance was requested. It's very unfortunate because it's convenient for me since it's in the area, hopefully the store recognizes their mistakes soon.

Twice I’ve dropped of a disposable camera to be developed. First time they said two weeks. I come back, the person helping didn’t even ask for my name and started to look the rough a pile of photos, occasionally throwing some out while looking. After I gave my name she looked through again and said they must have thrown it out. I told them no I am here exactly on time they should be here. They found it after poking through the unorganized messed. Second time again came back the man helping said they don’t even develop disposable cameras anymore, which was obviously a lie. Again looked through the pile and said sorry must have thrown it out. How can they be so careless about priceless photos that are not backed up anywhere?!

I called in with a question about a recent purchase, someone named Rose answered and she was very rude. She raised her voice at me for no apparent reason and she didn't even listened to my issue. When I tried to explain it she just handed me over to her manager.

Horrible customer service! I tried using my valid extra bucks with an employee named Rose and she was extremely rude and raised her voice at me for no reason which is extremely unprofessional. When I asked to have the manager help for the transaction she refused and said the manager wasn’t going to make the transaction go any faster. I will not be returning after this. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I think the people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I am usually at the pharmacy and here it's all around great service. Just a nice hard working team. I will agree the parking lot needs an overhaul.
