Good luck getting someone on the phone. When I called it said I was 6th in queue.Been on hold an hr. Its like this everytime ive called in the past 6 months. I dont even know if they ever answer.

Although some of the staff are friendly, hardly any of the loan officers return your call. Since covid, myself and others I'm sure faced a difficult time with making payments on time. I explained to them( mainly mary) my situation and she continued to almost every week and threatened me with a repossession, although my payments may be a few days behind the due date. I was even called for $2 I lacked on my payment! I talked to several people that dealt with other banks and the excused them up til July or further, but not this bank.

This place froze my funds on Friday the 13th 2019. I deposited my check that morning and used my debit card once during the day. Later that evening I was told at dinner the same card would not work. So I was forced to pay with my cc. After dinner and on the way home I went through a drive through for my youngest daughter and my Arrowpointe visa was frozen as well. I called the number on the back of the visa and was told there was nothing anyone could do. So Arrowpointe left me, two weekends before Christmas, without access to my own money. I understand security, but to not have a way to fix it for days before Christmas is unacceptable. I will be coming Monday to withdraw and cancel my account. Does anyone here have a suggestion other than Founders??

They never answer the phone have you on old 30mins to a hr. Sad thinking of switching banks, can't be that busy. Especially when I drove there just to see what was the problem, an the problem was they just didn't want to do there jobs as far as answering the phone

Normally I have fantastic service every time I come... today how ever there seemed to be a new guy (skinny red head with a beard - sorry don't know his name... He didn't give it). He said hello and paused... I'm use to a "How are you?" or "What account are we working with today." Had to give him my account number twice. I could barely hear him... He seemed scared to talk to me. Asked for a withdrawal of all the money that was available in my account and he asked how much I would like to withdraw... Arrowpointe please give me my normal people back I trust with my money and enjoy talking to and seeing... The guy didn't even tell me to have a nice day.

No wonder why they only have one branch in Rock Hill. Bad service. I went there to open a savings account and ask about a loan application I submitted online whose answer I had not got. So the guy ran my credit, and I was not approved. That happens! I get it. But he did not even bother to say anything about the savings account, which was the main reason why I went there, in order to become a member of a credit union. I was not given an explanation why I was not approved. As soon as I left the office, they finally emailed my loan application response. I cannot say the guy's name cuz he didn't even introduce himself. Just hello, not approved and bye. Good luck to y'all if u wanna do business there in the middle of nowhere.
