This is the worst experience I’ve had with a bank in my entire life. I have been with ArrowPointe for years, and it is impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone most of the time. I usually have to physically go to the bank for minor things. Today I went to deposite money as well as let them know I would be traveling and needed to increase my daily allowed spending. The teller said everything was good to go, and then about 30 minutes later I got a missed call asking me to call them back. They left a number for the actual employee and I have called her at least 10 times in the last 3 hours, and I have not gotten a call back. Because I couldn’t get a hold of her, I called the main number and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR. I eventually had to hang up because I am on my way to Florida, and am currently getting on a plane. I have to pay for my hotel, and I will not be able to pay it if my daily allowed spending has not been increased, so that is why I am so concerned about speaking with them. Also, again, THEY CALLED ME. And not I can’t get ahold of anyone after trying for hours. Worst bank I have ever worked with and I would not recommend to anyone.

Arrow Pointe Federal Credit Union Today 06/09/2020 I wento this bank to open an account. I understand the social distance and I will make sure I am not comprime in my space. The girl at the counter instead of saying "welcome or something similar" start yelling at me about their restrictions. However, another lady tried to help me with the account. Though, I couldn't open the account because my driver license was enough as an ID. She required another ID like a Green card. I explained that I was an US citizen. What I understood was that for some reasons they did not want me as a client. I went to Bank of America. Beautiful people and I open the account with just my DL.

Customer service has diminished and rates have gone up (although rates are still good). They now send you to a call center where they don't know what they're doing and it's next to impossible to get an actual loan officer on the phone. Once they got on the phone they were short and didn't seem to want to help me at all, just stated their policy and tried to rush me off the phone. Once I refinance, I'll be leaving for another bank. They also have misplaced or didn't properly report paperwork for insurance purposes and then tried to cover up their mistake blaming it on the insurance company however the insurance company had proof that they sent the correct information. This company needs a training in customer service and problem solving.

Wow, all I want to do is talk to a loan officer about my loan.... Was on hold for 15 min.. that's after I left a voicemail 5 hours ago, now, can't even get them to answer the phone... All of this for them to fix an error they caused.. very frustrating... I just want to talk to someone!

The branch manager is so professional and nice! Between here and the Great Falls branch are my top two branches! That’s sad I don’t live near these two branches but I’ll drive the extra miles and take the extra time just to get the right customer service. Thanks for your time and professionalism.
