Best federal credit union in Fort Mill, South Carolina (SC) 2024

This is the worst experience I’ve had with a bank in my entire life. I have been with ArrowPointe for years, and it is impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone most of the time. I usually have to physically go to the bank for minor things. Today I went to deposite money as well as let them know I would be traveling and needed to increase my daily allowed spending. The teller said everything was good to go, and then about 30 minutes later I got a missed call asking me to call them back. They left a number for the actual employee and I have called her at least 10 times in the last 3 hours, and I have not gotten a call back. Because I couldn’t get a hold of her, I called the main number and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR. I eventually had to hang up because I am on my way to Florida, and am currently getting on a plane. I have to pay for my hotel, and I will not be able to pay it if my daily allowed spending has not been increased, so that is why I am so concerned about speaking with them. Also, again, THEY CALLED ME. And not I can’t get ahold of anyone after trying for hours. Worst bank I have ever worked with and I would not recommend to anyone. ~Mary
